TL;DR: Widespread garland-like lesions are not a typical feature of primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and complete staging investigations revealed no extracutaneous involvement.
Abstract: We present a case of primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type, with an unusual clinical picture. A 41-year-old man presented with a 2-year history of slowly progressive plaques, nodules, and garland-like patches on his chest, right upper arm, and back. Complete staging investigations revealed no extracutaneous involvement. Histological examination of a nodule revealed a diffuse nonepidermotropic infiltrate mainly composed of large blast cells with features of immunoblasts and centroblasts and spindle cells seen at the periphery of the infiltrate. Histological examination of a garland-like lesion showed perivascular infiltrates composed predominantly of small lymphocytes admixed with only occasional large blasts. The blasts from the nodule and garland-like lesions and spindle cells identified in the nodule exhibited an identical phenotype: they stained positively for CD20, CD79a, and bcl-2 and tested negative for bcl-6, CD5, CD10, and TdT. CD35 revealed no networks of follicular dendritic cells. Widespread garland-like lesions are not a typical feature of primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

TL;DR: In this paper, a dual-band monopole antenna suitable for wireless local-area network (WLAN) applications in the 2.4-and 5.2-GHz bands is presented.
Abstract: A printed dual-band monopole antenna suitable for wireless local-area network (WLAN) applications in the 2.4- and 5.2-GHz bands is presented. The monopole antenna including the ground plane is printed on the same (front) surface of a narrow FR4 substrate (with no metallic portion in the back side of the substrate), which makes it easy to fabricate. In addition, the antenna also showed good radiation characteristics. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. TL;DR: In this paper, a series of gel polymer electrolytes containing different amounts of MPII were prepared and characterized, and a maximum ionic conductivity of 3.99 mS−1 was obtained in a GPE containing 10 −wt% MPII, which was accompanied by the lowest activation energy.
Abstract: 1-Methyl-3-propylimidazolium iodide (MPII) ionic liquid incorporated gel polymer electrolyte (GPE) has successfully enhanced the efficiency of a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC). A series of gel polymer electrolytes containing different amounts of MPII were prepared and characterized. A maximum ionic conductivity of 3.99 mS cm−1 was obtained in a GPE containing 10 wt% MPII, which was accompanied by the lowest activation energy. The results from dielectric studies showed typical behaviour for both ɛ’ and ɛ” in which their values decreased with increasing frequency but increased proportionately with temperature. From the results of FESEM, the morphologies of the GPE became slightly rougher after the addition of MPII. Dye-sensitized solar cells were fabricated and characterized using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and photovoltaic studies. DSSC with the best performance (4.35% of efficiency, 9.97 mA cm−2 of JSC, 0.67 V of VOC, and 65.39% of fill factor) was assembled using the GPE with 10 wt% of MPII.

TL;DR: A 67-year-old male with asynchronous bilateral breast cancer and prostate cancer without familial breast cancer history is reported, a rare case of male breast cancer associated with other primary malignancies.
Abstract: Male breast cancer, consisting only 1% of all breast cancers, is occasionally associated with other primary malignancies, especially in patients with familial breast cancer history. Sporadic male breast cancers with another primary tumor are extremely rare. We report a 67-year-old male with asynchronous bilateral breast cancer and prostate cancer without familial breast cancer history.
