TL;DR: Improving the weighting methods for explanation techniques, which can then be used in the visualization of the results, is important to improve perceived stability and therefore better enable human interpretation and trust.
Abstract: Machine learning systems can provide outstanding results, but their black-box nature means that it’s hard to understand how the conclusion has been reached. Understanding how the results are determined is especially important in military and security contexts due to the importance of the decisions that may be made as a result. In this work, the reliability of LIME (Local Interpretable Model Agnostic Explanations), a method of interpretability, was analyzed and developed. A simple Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model was trained using two classes of images of “gun-wielder” and “non-wielder". The sensitivity of LIME improved when multiple output weights for individual images were averaged and visualized. The resultant averaged images were compared to the individual images to analyze the variability and reliability of the two LIME methods. Without techniques such as those explored in this paper, LIME appears to be unstable because of the simple binary coloring and the ease with which colored regions flip when comparing different analyses. A closer inspection reveals that the significantly weighted regions are consistent, and the lower weighted regions flip states due to inherent randomness of the method. This suggests that improving the weighting methods for explanation techniques, which can then be used in the visualization of the results, is important to improve perceived stability and therefore better enable human interpretation and trust.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used polycrystalline copper to realize the dislocation morphology evolution at reduced strain amplitude, and they found that the S-N curve at low strain amplitude from high to low reveals softening.
Abstract: The dislocation structures evolution on the polycrystalline copper at constant strain amplitude during low cycle fatigue is well understood. However, the dislocation structures developments at variable strains, which change from high to low strain amplitude, are seldom reported. In order to realize the dislocation morphology evolution at reduced strain amplitude, the polycrystalline copper is used in this study. The results show that. (1) The S–N curve at reduced strain amplitude from high to low reveals softening, and it is lower than S–N curve which is fatigue in constant strain amplitude at low strain amplitude. (2) The dislocation structures of walls, labyrinth walls, cells or misorientation cells transfer into scattering walls, loop patches or cells. (3) The dislocation morphology development at decreased strain amplitude is determined by the magnitude of reduction in strain amplitude.

TL;DR: It is recommended that coronary angiography should be performed on all patients who present with left atrial myxomas and concomitant coronary artery disease who were all treated surgically, because of the concomitance of these diseases.
Abstract: Purpose: Simultaneous coronary artery bypass grafting with a resection of left atrial myxoma has been rarely reported. The ages and the symptoms of patients who have left atrial myxomas and coronary artery disease are similar. In this report, we present our cases of left atrial myxoma with concomitant coronary artery disease who were all treated surgically. Methods: Between September 1998 and January 2001, 11 patients were surgically treated after being diagnosed to have left atrial myxoma. Routine coronary angiography was performed on all patients preoperatively. In four patients concomitant coronary artery disease was identified. At surgery we performed coronary artery bypass grafting after a resection of left atrial myxoma in three patients. Results: All patients were weaned from cardiopulmonary bypass without any difficulty. The postoperative course was uneventful. The follow-up period was 17 ± 10 months (range 3–32 months). All patients were symptom-free and no recurrence of myxoma was detected. Conclusion: Based on our experience, cardiovascular surgeons should be aware of the concomitance of these diseases. It is therefore recommended that coronary angiography should be performed on all patients who present with left atrial myxomas.

TL;DR: The current system of physical education in the higher education institutions of Ukraine cannot change the attitude of students to a healthy lifestyle, and should be educational work aimed at forming a positive attitude towards ahealthy lifestyle.
Abstract: OBJECTIVE The aim is to find out the role of motor activity in developing a healthy lifestyle of student youth in the process of physical education. PATIENTS AND METHODS Materials and methods: The study involved 647 students, aged 18-22. The research methods are the analysis and synthesis of the literature, analysis of curricula, programs, methodological support and quality of training, questionnaires, and the methods of mathematical statistics. RESULTS Results: It is determined that the majority of the students had no need for a healthy lifestyle, the lack of knowledge in this area, low activity while performing the requirements of a healthy lifestyle, irrational organization of educational activities, bad habits and other factors that negatively affect their health. CONCLUSION Сonclusions: The current system of physical education in the higher education institutions of Ukraine cannot change the attitude of students to a healthy lifestyle. The purpose of physical education, in addition to the formation of physical skills and development of students' physical qualities, should be educational work aimed at forming a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle.

TL;DR: The 3,5-bis binucleating ligand 3,2-bis (1′-(4′-(2′)-pyridyl)-2′-thiabutyl)) pyrazole (BLEPH) forms dinuclear CuII complexes which are able to bind one additional exogenous bridging molecule such as N3−, Cl−, Br− and OH−.
