TL;DR: In this paper, a data recording method for an optical recording medium having a phase change type recording layer on its a substrate and having as read only area and a writable area in a recording area, is provided.
Abstract: For an optical recording medium having a phase change type recording layer on its a substrate and having as read only area and a writable area in a recording area, a data recording method is provided which records data in the writable area. This data recording method comprises a transfer step of transferring program data recorded in the read only area in a practical form to an external computer, and an execution step (step A 10 ) of automatically executing the program data in the external computer to record data in the writable area, which can facilitate manufacturing and reduce the possible of destruction or falsification of ROM data.

TL;DR: Findings indicate that τ is one of the physiological substrates of TPKI and suggest that the enzyme plays an important role in the growth of axons during development of the brain.
Abstract: tau protein kinase I (TPKI) purified from bovine brain extract has been shown to phosphorylate tau and to form paired helical filament (PHF) epitopes and was found recently to be identical to glycogen synthase kinase -3 beta (GSK-3 beta). Before elucidating a role of TPKI/GSK-3 beta in PHF formation, it is necessary to investigate the normal function of the enzyme. To study the distribution and developmental changes of the enzyme, specific polyclonal antibodies were prepared against TPKI and GSK-3 alpha. Immunoblot analysis demonstrated that TPKI was nearly specifically localized in the brain of adult rats. The level of TPKI in the rat brain was high at gestational day 18, peaked on postnatal day 8, and then decreased rapidly to a low level, which was sustained up to 2 years. Immunohistochemistry indicated primarily neuronal localization of TPKI. Growing axons were stained most intensely in the developing cerebellum, but the immunoreactivity became restricted to the gray matter in the mature tissue. Parallel fibers had a high level of TPKI and also stained intensely for tau. These findings indicate that tau is one of the physiological substrates of TPKI and suggest that the enzyme plays an important role in the growth of axons during development of the brain.

TL;DR: In this article, the back coat of the AgX photographic material having at least one layer of silver halide (AgX) photosensitive layer on one surface of the hydrophobic substrate and provided with the backcoat layer on the surface on the side oppositve therefrom is formed by incorporating a synthetic binder, b) inorg. antistatic agent, c) compd having >=2 epoxy groups or ethyleneimino groups in a molecule, for example, the salt or complex of Cr or Zr and adjusting the pH of a coating liquid for back
Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a silver halide photosensitive material having substantial performance to prevent electrostatic charge, good tape adhesiveness and type printability and excellent film strength by forming a specific back coat layer on the surface of a hydrophobic substrate on the side opposite from the surface on which a silver halide photographic constituting layer is provided. CONSTITUTION:The back coat layer of the AgX photographic material having at least one layer of silver halide (AgX) photosensitive layer on one surface of the hydrophobic substrate and provided with the back coat layer on the surface on the side oppositve therefrom is formed by incorporating a) a synthetic binder, b) inorg. antistatic agent, c) compd. having >=2 epoxy groups or ethyleneimino groups in a molecule, d) polyvalent metal, for example, the salt or complex of Cr or Zr and adjusting the pH of a coating liquid for back coating to >=6.0, more preferably >=7.0. Such back coat layer is provided on the AgX photosensitive material, by which the generation of static marks is obviated and the difficultly in handling as a result of sticking to each other in a processing stage or the staining of an installation, etc. are obviated. The disappearance of the type print formed on the rear surface during processing is obviated as well.
