Abstract: A stopping vehicle estimating unit estimates one of a number of stopping vehicles and a length of a stopping vehicle line of different vehicles that are stopping at a traffic light along an estimated driving route ahead of the own vehicle closer to the traffic light than the own vehicle, based on a position information of a site at which a traffic light is provided, an own vehicle position, an own vehicle speed, and traffic information. A passable time zone estimating unit estimates a passable time zone during which the own vehicle is able to pass by the traffic light, based on the one of the number of stopping vehicles and the length of the stopping vehicle line that have been estimated by the stopping vehicle estimating unit, and on schedule information.

Abstract: To provide a heat pump water heater outdoor unit and heat pump water heater capable of preventing reduction in heating/hot water supply ability even at a low ambient temperature. A heat pump water heater outdoor unit, in which a compressor, a water heat exchanger, a first expansion valve, and an air heat exchanger are connected with piping, includes a first internal heat exchanger provided between the water heat exchanger and the first expansion valve and used for heat exchange between a refrigerant flowing between the water heat exchanger and the first expansion valve and a refrigerant flowing between the air heat exchanger and the compressor, an injection circuit branching off at a point between the first internal heat exchanger and the first expansion valve and to inject the refrigerant into the compressor through a second expansion valve; and a second internal heat exchanger for heat exchange between the refrigerant flowing between the first internal heat exchanger and the first expansion valve and the refrigerant flowing between the second expansion valve and the compressor in the injection circuit.

Abstract: In a system where a communication device performs secure communication by using a digital certificate, to enable a device of a communication party to verify that a self certificate is certainly generated by a device indicated on the self certificate even if the self certificate is not delivered offline in advance. Based on a master key and a public parameter, a communication device generates an ID-based encryption private key for which a device unique ID is used as a public key. Then, the communication device generates the digital signature of an RSA public key as a ID-based encryption signature by using the ID-based encryption private key. Then, the communication device generates an RSA self signature for the RSA public key, an expiration date, a host name, the device unique ID, and the ID-based encryption signature as the target. Then, the communication device generates a self-signed certificate to include the ID-based encryption signature and the RSA self signature.

Abstract: A buffer circuit with driving current adjusting function is provided which may automatically set a driving current characteristics of a buffer to the most suitable value according to a system where the driving current is to be applied. A buffer circuit with driving current adjusting function of the present invention comprises a buffer circuit which is controlled by a control signal for supplying a most appropriate driving current to a load; a load detecting circuit for detecting a phase difference between an input signal and an output signal of the buffer circuit and for outputting voltage corresponding to the phase difference, a control signal generating circuit for generating a signal which controls the driving current of the buffer circuit in response to an output signal of the load detecting circuit, the control signal controls so that the driving current of buffer circuit is increased when delay time of buffer circuit becomes long and the driving current of buffer circuit is decreased when delay time becomes short.
