TL;DR: A traffic simulation analysis based on floating car data and a noise emission assessment to show the impact of mobility restriction for COVID-19 containment on urban vehicular traffic and road noise pollution on the road network of Rome is presented in this paper.
Abstract: This study presents the result of a traffic simulation analysis based on Floating Car Data and a noise emission assessment to show the impact of mobility restriction for COVID-19 containment on urban vehicular traffic and road noise pollution on the road network of Rome, Italy The adoption of strong and severe measures to contain the spreading of Coronavirus during March-April 2020 generated a significant reduction in private vehicle trips in the city of Rome (-646% during the lockdown) Traffic volumes, obtained through a simulation approach, were used as input parameters for a noise emission assessment conducted using the CNOSSOS-EU method, and an overall noise emissions reduction on the entire road network was found, even if its extent varied between road types

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for reducing the time during which steam moves in a lateral direction between two parallel superimposed horizontal wells when utilizing a Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) process was proposed.
Abstract: A method for reducing the time during which steam moves in a lateral direction between two parallel superimposed horizontal wells when utilizing a Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) process. Foam is added while injecting steam into an upper horizontal well once steam breakthrough occurs in an interwell region. Foam enters the interwell region thereby causing an increased pressure gradient. This increased pressure gradient adds to the gravity force thereby providing a greater interstitial oil velocity which increases oil drainage between wells during startup.

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of the addition of Mo on the temper embrittlement susceptibility of a P-doped Ni-Cr steel were studied, and it was shown that P-induced temper-embrittlement can be eliminated for aging times up to 1000 h at 475 and 500°C, if the scavenging effect of Mo was high enough and if the Mo is not precipitated by C.
Abstract: The effects of the addition of Mo on the temper embrittlement susceptibility of a P-doped Ni-Cr steel were studied. It is shown that P-induced temper embrittlement can be eliminated for aging times up to 1000 h at 475 and 500°C, presumably by the scavenging effect of Mo on P, if the Mo : P ratio is high enough and if the Mo is not precipitated by C. The latter reaction, which allows temper embrittlement to proceed, can occur more rapidly as the aging temperature or C content is raised.
