TL;DR: In this article, a single layer single feed dual and multifrequency patch antenna is introduced, which can be used for C band and X band operation with a size reduction of about 41%.
Abstract: Single layer single feed dual and multifrequency patch antenna is introduced. Resonant frequency can be reduced and frequency ratio can be increased by cutting unequal rectangular slots at the edge. C band and X band operation can be successfully achieved with a size reduction of about 41%. Multifrequency operation can also be achieved by cutting two equal rectangular slots inside the patch. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. TL;DR: In this article, the energy eigenvalues of doubly excited states of helium were derived using the extended Hylleraas basis set, and the upper bound energies were obtained using quantum defect theory.
Abstract: Variational calculations for the energy levels of doubly excited $3dnf$ $(^{1,3}D^{\ensuremath{\circ}})$ states $(n=4--12)$ for helium have been performed using the extended Hylleraas basis set. No previous calculations for the energy eigen-values for the $3dnf$ $(^{1,3}D^{\ensuremath{\circ}})$ states for $(n=7--12)$ exist. Prediction of two-electron--one-photon peaks at 12.220, 12.649, 12.859, 12.978, 13.054, 13.110, 13.141, 13.168 and $13.213\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{eV}$ corresponding to the transitions $2{p}^{2}$ $(^{3}P^{\mathrm{e}})\ensuremath{\rightarrow}3dnf$ $(^{3}D^{\ensuremath{\circ}})$ $(n=4--12)$, respectively, is reported here. Highly precise energy eigenvalues of doubly excited $2pnd$ states $(^{1,3}D^{\ensuremath{\circ}})$ $(n=3--8)$ for helium are also reported and the upper bound energies are the lowest yet obtained. The effective quantum numbers $({n}^{*})$ of the above mentioned states are calculated using quantum defect theory.

TL;DR: The purified product containing sterols, tocopherols and squalene can be utilized in various food formulations and may certainly be considered as novel functional food ingredients.
Abstract: Neutral glycerides with micronutrients like sterols, tocopherols and squalene may be prepared from cheap raw material like rice bran oil fatty acid distillate (RBO FAD). RBO FAD is an important byproduct of vegetable oil refining industries in the physical refining process. Glycerides like triacylglycerols (TAG), diacylglycerols (DAG) and monoacylglycerols (MAG) containing significant amounts of unsaponifiable matter like sterols, tocopherols and hydrocarbons (mainly squalene) may certainly be considered as novel functional food ingredients. Fatty acids present in RBO FAD were esterified with glycerol of varying amount (1:0.33, 1:0.5, 1:1 and 1:1.5 of FAD : glycerol ratio) for 8 h using non-specific enzyme NS 40013 (Candida antartica). After esterification the product mixture containing mono, di- and triglycerides was purified by molecular distillation to remove excess free fatty acids and also other volatile undesirable components. The purified product containing sterols, tocopherols and squalene can be utilized in various food formulations.
