TL;DR: In this paper, the authors review the conceptual elements that support the historical construction of a locality; through theories related with the micro-history and social networks, they conclude that for the construction of the history of the locality, several components of the bibliographic methods must be integrated, such as: the regional and local history, historical memory, social network, life and oral history, for the rescue of facts, events and their meanings, of a determined period of the society in a territory.
Abstract: The present work aims to review the conceptual elements that support the historical construction of a locality; Through theories related with the microhistory and social networks. In the methodology in was proceeded to consult of the National Council of Universities (CNU), referring to books, doctoral theses, and articles related to the study object; this resource was exhausted, and the research was carried out in Google academic. For each subject, several titles were explored, the ideas related to the subject were collected, and the information was analyzed; by author and by concepts, the ideas that contributed to the basis of the research problem were selected. It is concluded that for the construction of the history of a locality, several components of the bibliographic methods must be integrated, such as: the regional and local history, historical memory, social networks, life and oral history, for the rescue of facts, events and their meanings, of a determined period of the society in a territory. It is not only about the knowledge from the past but it also implies the organization of people so that from their individuality they become part of collective thought.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors make a theoretical approach on the same that traditionally antagonistic in the management of environmental goods and services, the Ecological Economy (EE) and the Environmental Economy (EA), and contrast with the holistic of the EA with the reductionism of the EE and reflect on the virtues of each approach in the harmonization of practice to achieve the same goal, contribute to the sustainable development of communities and territories.
Abstract: The management of water resources is one of the most important issues and to find solutions that lead to the sustainable use of them. It is crucial to the extent that it has an intrinsic value in all its possible uses (economic, biological, environmental, etc.). Under this premise, the present article makes a theoretical approach on the same that traditionally antagonistic in the management of environmental goods and services, the Ecological Economy (EE) and the Environmental Economy (EA). The discussion contrasts with the holistic of the EA with the reductionism of the EA and reflection on the virtues of each approach in the harmonization of practice to achieve the same goal, contribute to the sustainable development of communities and territories. The article has a documentary and reflective route based on the method of assessment on the main theoretical elements and presents the maximum methodological and instrumental exponents of each one so that the pertinence of the application of them can be known under an integration scheme rather than of exclusion, therefore, as an essential instrument in the formulation of any proposal for Environmental Policy.

TL;DR: In this sense, the CIRA-UNAN-Managua Natural Waters laboratory developed a metrological comparison, using as a starting point a validated test method and two techniques for estimating uncertainty (GUM method and Kragten method) both techniques consist of the clear definition of measuring and understanding of the measurement procedure.
EnglishIn the different testing methodologies implemented in laboratories at the international level, there is some doubt about the validity of the reported results, therefore, as a requirement is mandatory for all laboratories that intend to be accredited according to ISO 17025, to have a reliable theoretical and technical basis to “estimate” such doubt called measurement uncertainty. In this sense, the CIRA-UNAN-Managua Natural Waters laboratory developed a metrological comparison, using as a starting point a validated test method and two techniques for estimating uncertainty (GUM method and Kragten method) both techniques consist of the clear definition of measuring and understanding of the measurement procedure. Metrological comparison consisted of taking the GUM method by establishing which magnitudes influence measurement, defining a mathematical model that relates input magnitudes to measuring, determines sensitivity coefficients, and finally estimates uncertainty using the law of spread of uncertainties. On the other hand, Kragten used a numerical method of differentiation that allows visualizing the components of greater influence so that only requires knowledge of how to obtain the final result.
