TL;DR: In this article, the authors used hierarchical regression on a sample of 325 Indonesian company employees and found that the entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurial self-efficacy are positively related to employees' entrepreneurial intentions.
Abstract: From the intentionality-based view, individuals' actual behaviors to initiate a new venture is driven by their entrepreneurial intentions. Company employees have accumulated professionalism and practical experience, which both enable them to discover some unmet market demand and industrial gaps. However, in establishing a new business, not everyone with certain knowledge or expertise has the desire to become an entrepreneur. Prior research has shown that entrepreneurial intentions are under the profound influences of intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. On the one hand, entrepreneurial self-efficacy is one of the key psychological states that makes someone dare to initiate entrepreneurial activities. Institutional environment, on the other hand, can either enhance and hinder an individuals' entrepreneurial motivation by offering incentives or causing barriers. Little work has been done to understand how the institutional environment and entrepreneurial self-efficacy jointly affect company employees' intention to quit their job and start an enterprising career. By using hierarchical regression on a sample of 325 Indonesian company employees, this paper shows that the entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurial self-efficacy are positively related to employees' entrepreneurial intentions. Also, entrepreneurial self-efficacy strengthens the effect of normative Approval on entrepreneurial intention, whereas the regulatory Support from Government is detrimental to company employees' intention to start a new venture regardless the entrepreneurial self-efficacy is high or low.

TL;DR: The western coast of Taiwan has been accumulated to vast area of tidal flats by the sediment transported from numerous torential streams according to the aerial photographs, 53,800 hectares of tidal land are worth being reclaimed However, this coast suffers from waves generated by winter monsoons as well as waves and swells caused by typhoons in the summer.

TL;DR: This paper presents a clear interpretation of the pole migration on the real axis where many root loci starting from different poles lie together or conflict with one another, by introducing the concept of a pair of real roots.
Abstract: This paper presents a clear interpretation of the pole migration on the real axis where many root loci starting from different poles lie together or conflict with one another, by introducing the concept of a pair of real roots. Except in the case of a single root locus, the root loci on the real axis appear always as a pair. Just like the complex number, a pair of real roots is expressed in two parts and the whole root loci for both real and complex roots are plotted in the conventional rectangular coordinates as continuous curves, by which the migration of each pole on the real axis is shown very clearly. Three examples are given.

TL;DR: The complexation of uranium (VI) with arsonacetic acid has been studied polarographically in this article, and the limits of reversibility, chelation, polymerization and precipitation of the complex, which are functions of pH and ligand concentration, were shown.
Abstract: The complexation of uranium (VI) with arsonacetic acid has been studied polarographically A two-step polarographic wave was obtained at lower pH value The dissociation reaction of the complex was deduced from the kinetic current of the prewave The asymmetry to half-wave of polarograms was interpreted on the basis of polynuclear complex The limits of reversibility, chelation, polymerization and precipitation of the complex, which are functions of pH and ligand concentration, were shown

TL;DR: In this article, the linkages and coupling effects between pollution emissions and energy consumption of major industries in Taiwan were assessed using an input-output modeling and multiplier analysis, which indicated that energy consumption has strong coupling effects to intensify the level of air pollution.
Abstract: Input-output modeling and multiplier analysis are used to assess the linkages and coupling effects between pollution emissions and energy consumption of major industries in Taiwan. A set of air pollutant criteria, including SO], NO* and €62 are used as pollution indices to evaluate relationships between energy consumption and pollutant emission. Results indicate that energy consumption has strong coupling effects to intensify the level of air pollution. The sectors including road transportation, "other industrial chemicals", cement, paper, plastic materials, artificial fibers, non-metallic mineral products and steel are identified as the most significant industries causing serious air pollution in Taiwan. Therefore, energy efficiency and conservation programs should be enhanced for industries causing serious air pollution in Taiwan. Methods for doing this include: upgrading the industrial structure, improving industrial processes, strengthening energy management and providing technical assistance for better energy usage and environmental quality.
