TL;DR: This study finds that sentiment assessments by users play an important role in determining feature popularity ranking; and they affect the feature of a product.
Abstract: This paper proposes the development of a model to determine feature popularity ranking for products in the market. Each feature that is reviewed by a customer has a relation to sentiment words present in the sentences within a customer review. Feature quantity of a product, derived from customer review dataset, cannot be used as a benchmark to determine customers’ preferences since each feature is influenced by sentiment words that give it either a positive or negative meaning. A positive meaning shows that the feature is liked by user; and a negative meaning shows that it is disliked by user. This study finds that sentiment assessments by users play an important role in determining feature popularity ranking; and they affect the feature of a product. Thus, this study proposes the development of a model that takes into account the importance of sentiment assessments present in each sentence within a customer review of a product feature. A case study has been conducted in proving that the developed model is able to produce a list of product feature popularity ranking. Results of this experimental model is also put into simple comparative analysis with a few models from previous studies.

TL;DR: The article presents the results of research on the features of the hybrid war that occurs in Ukraine and other states in cyberspace and approaches are offered for the development of sound organizational and technical measures to ensure the cyber security of society and the state in modern conditions.
Abstract: The article presents the results of research on the features of the hybrid war that occurs in Ukraine and other states in cyberspace. Established role and place of chain effects and asymmetric destructive actions in the field of information and cyber security. Due to the fact that at present energy is the basic industry of national economy and national security of any state, the features of complex destructive cyber-, informational and cognitive actions and influences in cyberspace and through cyberspace are considered on the example of the energy sphere taking into account threats, risks and features of cyber-impacts on systems and objects of the critical infrastructure of the fuel and energy complex. The urgency of ensuring energy security of the countries of the world is increasing, as evidenced by the revision of energy development strategies of the European Union, the United States, and other countries. According to the views of a number of domestic and foreign specialists, energy in the field of economics has become an instrument of geopolitics. The level of national security in general, the pace of structural transformation in the economy, the provision of the needs of the population, social production and defense depend to a large extent on its effective, reliable and sustainable functioning. The use of state-of-the-art computer, information-telecommunication and cyber-tech equipment in state critical infrastructure objects requires the implementation and implementation of measures on cyber security, countering cyberterrorism and providing cyber defense. The most important aspects of these influences are identified, approaches are offered for the development of sound organizational and technical measures to ensure the cyber security of society and the state in modern conditions.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors explore the connection between China's energy security, 21st Century Maritime Silk Road (MSR), and its anticipated impacts on Indo-US strategic perception in the Indian Ocean region.
Abstract: The study intends to explore the connection between China’s energy security, 21st Century Maritime Silk Road (MSR), and its anticipated impacts on Indo-US strategic perception in the Indian Ocean region. China’s economic prosperity and industrial boom is fomenting different variables to upset the U.S. led world order. In the back drop of energy security as core national interest, Chinese leadership has exceptionally focused the maritime domain. In addition to this, for uninterrupted industrial growth, China largely relies on energy imports that have turned its attention to the strategic value of the Sea lines of communication (SLOCs). However, China’s newly emerged interests and subsequent investment in different sea ports along the oceanic supply chain of Indian Ocean is fuelling Indo-US strategic distrust in the region. The study concludes that China’s carefully crafted Maritime Silk Road (MSR) is to challenge the status quo to protect its (China) core national interests in Indian Ocean The divergence of strategic interests in Indian Ocean is heralding a new multipart strategic competition that will transform the Indian Ocean into breeding ground for naval arm race. To understand the shifting geo political realities, the researchers used the Power Transition theory.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured the relationship between training assignment and training motivation using self-report questionnaires collected from cadet officers in a military training academy, Malaysia and found that mandatory assignment is significantly correlated with training motivation.
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to measure the relationship between training assignment and training motivation using self-report questionnaires collected from cadet officers in a military training academy, Malaysia. The outcomes of testing hypothesis using a stepwise regression analysis showed two important findings; firstly, mandatory assignment is significantly correlated with training motivation. Secondly, voluntary assignment is also significantly correlated with training motivation. This result demonstrates that training assignment practices act as important predictors of training motivation in the studied organization. In addition, this study elaborates discussion, implications and conclusion.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used magnetic elastomers (MREs) as vibration isolation and reduction by implementing it in base isolator, where the isotropic MREs sample comprising of epoxidised natural rubber (ENR-50) and carbonyl iron (CI) particles (60 weight percent) is synthesized using conventional method.
Abstract: Magnetorheological elastomers (MREs) are viscoelastic solid whose rheological properties are controllable by magnetic field application. The purpose of this work is to use MRE as vibration isolation and reduction by implementing it in base isolator. The isotropic MREs sample comprising of epoxidised natural rubber (ENR-50) and carbonyl iron (CI) particles (60 weight percent) is synthesized using conventional method. Their microstructures were observed by using field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and their magnetic characteristics were measured using vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Proposed MRE base isolator was designed to investigate the capability of the fabricated MRE based ENR-50 to be utilized in applications. Finite element methods magnetic (FEMM) simulation software was used to compute the electromagnetic circuit observing magnetic flux distribution through the fabricated MREs.
