TL;DR: In this paper, an attempt to characterize informatization barriers of logistics processes management in a production company which provides automotive parts is presented. But the authors do not identify the right way to implement ERP systems in a company.
Abstract: This article is an attempt to characterize informatization barriers of logistics processes management in a production company which provides automotive parts. Threats of successful implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems include: community barriers; organizational barriers; communication barriers; formal barriers; legal barriers; not prepared implementation team barrier; substantive barrier. Proper identification of barriers and solving them are the right way to implement Enterprise Resource Planning Systems in a company.

TL;DR: A low power wavelet denoising chip for photoplethysmography (PPG) detection and portable heart rate monitoring is presented and Harr wavelet (HWT) is chosen as the processing tool.
Abstract: A low power wavelet denoising chip for photoplethysmography (PPG) detection and portable heart rate monitoring is presented To eliminate noise and improve detection accuracy, Harr wavelet (HWT) is chosen as the processing tool An optimized finite impulse response structure is proposed to lower the computational complexity of proposed algorithm, which is benefit for reducing the power consumption of proposed chip The modulus maxima pair location module is design to accurately locate the PPG peaks A clock control unit is designed to further reduce the power consumption of the proposed chip Fabricated with the 018 μm N-well CMOS 1P6M technology, the power consumption of proposed chip is only 812 μW in 1 V voltage supply Validated with PPG signals in multiparameter intelligent monitoring in intensive care databases and signals acquired by the wrist photoelectric volume detection front end, the proposed chip can accurately detect PPG signals The average sensitivity and positive prediction are 9991% and 100%, respectively

TL;DR: In this article, an improved method of determining coordinates of an airborne object using ADS-B receivers was presented, which involves the following sequence of actions: input of initial data, measurement of coordinates of the airborne objects by the radar, checking the availability of data about the airborne object obtained from the ADS-b receivers.
Abstract: The method of determining coordinates of an airborne object using ADS-B receivers was improved. The method involves the following sequence of actions: input of initial data, measurement of coordinates of the airborne object by the radar, checking the availability of data about the airborne object obtained from the ADS-B receivers. In the absence of such data, coordinates of the airborne object are determined only from the data of the radar. The airborne object mark was identified according to information from the radar and the ADS-B receivers. Unlike the known methods, the advanced method of determining coordinates of an airborne object by a radar additionally uses information from the ADS-B receivers. The ADS-B receiver signals were experimentally studied. It was found that the ADS-B receiver has received more than 6,000 messages about airborne objects in a single day. It was established that information about the location of the airborne object contained in ADS-B messages was encoded in CPR format. An algorithm for decrypting the ADS-B messages with a global connection of an airborne object to geographical coordinates was presented. An algorithm for detecting signals of onboard transponders of ADS-B airborne objects was presented. Non-standard ADS-B messages from airborne objects were studied. It was suggested that some short non-standard ADS-B messages were received from small and military airborne objects. Accuracy of determining coordinates of airborne objects by the radar with additional use of the ADS-B receiver was estimated. Dependence of the root mean square error of determining the airborne object coordinates on a distance to the airborne object was presented for various cases. It was established that the accuracy of determining the airborne object coordinates can be raised from 36 % to 67 % depending on the distance to the airborne object

TL;DR: In this article, the Pedal-pad effective Amplitude Transmissibility (PEAT) value was used to predict suitable size of the pedal-pad that could provide comfortable operation of the pedals.
Abstract: Vibration transmissibility from a car body to pedal-pad could result to drivers discomfort and fatigue, which may lead to health problems. Vibration transmissibility occurs when the vehicle engine is turned on and vibration is transmitted from the car body to pedal-pad in this research Pedal-pad effective Amplitude Transmissibility (PEAT) value was used to predict suitable size of the pedal-pad that could provide comfortable operation of the pedal. In this study, the variables are the three different sizes of pedal-pads and data was recorded while the car was moving on the road at constant speed with three different sizes of pedal-pads. The data was measured in root mean square (r.m.s) unit, of the frequency weighted acceleration (m/s2) for every minute. The finding of the study shows that percentage PEATr.m.s of the three different sizes of pedal-pad is greater than 100%. It shows that vibrations to pedal-pads are greater than vibration from the car body consequentially it means that the foot on the pedal is exposed to higher vibration transmissibility than the foot on the floor.

TL;DR: In this article, the public sector performance of Pakistan was evaluated by calculating the Public Sector Performance Index based on seven indicators and these seven indicators are further classified into two broad groups: social and key economic indicators.
Abstract: The paper focuses on the various aspects especially as globally accepted fact is that social and key economic indicators are influenced by the government activities. Public Sector Performance and efficiency reflect government priorities. The paper evaluates the public sector performance of Pakistan by calculating the Public Sector Performance Index based on seven indicators and these seven indicators are further classified into two broad groups. Many international studies have carried out the performance evaluation of public sectors of industrialized countries missing the public sector performance of Pakistan with other countries. With the aim, Public Sector Performance of Pakistan was compared with countries of South Asia and some developed countries. The research analyzes the public sector performance indicators of countries to calculate the overall performance. The paper aims to compare public sector performance of Pakistan with South Asian Countries and members of Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), which currently includes 34 Countries.
