TL;DR: Research results can be drawn on during organization of liquidation of consequences of emergencies of different character and realization of management technogenic safety in the aspect of search of optimal decision of such management, including, during the conduct of operation of Incorporated forces.
Abstract: In the work examined: possibility of the use of vectorial optimization at a management technogenic safety; some problem aspects of such use; general issue of vectorial optimization at a management technogenic safety and mathematical formalization of this problem comes true. The marked is caused: by complication and importance of practical problems at military to business, for the decision of that the vehicle of analysis of operations is attracted; by inaccuracy of traditional methods of scalar (onecriterion) optimization at the decision of similar problems; by possibilities of vectorial, multicriterion approach in relation to a search and optimization of administrative decisions at consideration of difficult processes and systems of any nature, including, management technogenic safety. It is set that basic difficulties of decision of vectorial tasks to optimization of decisions in relation to a management technogenic safety are related to the specification of the initial formalized model, with transformation of her to the kind, comfortable for a choice optimal decision. Thus there is a necessity for the decision of three fundamental problems on that the rightness of optimal choice depends in a great deal: choice of principle of optimality; choice of principle of normalization; choice of principle of taking into account of priority.Research results can be drawn on during organization of liquidation of consequences of emergencies of different character and realization of management technogenic safety in the aspect of search of optimal decision of such management, including, during the conduct of operation of Incorporated forces.

TL;DR: According to the experts’ opinions, among the integral indicators of the psychological factors influencing athletes’ activity, the leading ones are motivational, volitional, and psychophysiological factors.
Abstract: Abstract Introduction. The paper aims to identify and systematise basic psychological factors which can influence athletes’ training and competitive activity. Material and methods. In order to achieve the aim of the study, we carried out an expert survey and analysed its results statistically. The survey, whose concordance coefficient was 0.78, was completed by 12 experts in the field (sports scientists and highly qualified athletes). Results. The study of the scientific and methodological literature about psychological correction taking into account the practice of athletes’ training made it possible to formulate and systematise a number of key psychological factors (volitional, strategic, perceptive-aimed, anticipatory, managerial, psychophysiological, intellectual, introspective, and motivational) that affect the mental state and training process of athletes. The content and forms of the manifestation of psychological factors during competitive activity are examined, and their interrelations are studied. Integral indicators of psychological factors which influence competitive activity in Olympic sports are determined, and their priority of importance is examined. Conclusions. According to the experts’ opinions, among the integral indicators of the psychological factors influencing athletes’ activity, the leading ones are motivational, volitional, and psychophysiological factors. The results of the expert survey concerning the psychological factors influencing Olympic sports (game, cyclic, and complex coordination sports as well as martial arts) are analysed.

TL;DR: The Wind Speed Detection System is proposed in helping to monitor and manage this critical situation by providing crucial information to the vehicles and motorists regarding the crosswinds conditions, plan and preparation and many others.
Abstract: Crosswinds are one of the natural disasters that pose risks to high-profile vehicles especially on the highway. There are possibilities of fatal accidents when drivers and motorists failed to control their vehicles when this dangerous wind blows perpendicular to the vehicles. Even though, each area of the crosswinds is placed with crosswinds signs (i.e. windsocks) but these signs are not so obvious especially when there are obstacles such as rain, poor lighting and fog. In addition, the colour of the windsock itself is faded due to the exposure to the various changes of the weather and environments. Here, the Wind Speed Detection System is proposed in helping to monitor and manage this critical situation by providing crucial information to the vehicles and motorists regarding the crosswinds conditions, plan and preparation and many others. The system is able to measure the wind speed level and alert the motorists and vehicles with warning lamp/light according to the crosswinds conditions. Furthermore, the system can record the wind speed reading and save it into a file that can be further analysed.
