Abstract: Abstract The dynamics and complexity of the current operational environment requires military forces, in general, and multinational forces, in particular, new adaptation, relational-communication and action capacities to enable them to identify and combat hypothetical adversaries whose elementary features are their ability to use conventional combat actions correlated with unconventional types of combat. In this context, intercultural communication, seen not only from an internal perspective as a standard of achievement at the level of national contingents, but also externally as an instrument of establishing positive relations with the regional partners, the local population and the other actors of the operational environment, becomes a requirement essential for the performance of multinational military forces in deploying the whole spectrum of operations

30 Sep 2020TL;DR: In this article, the authors study the dependencies in the development of economic potential of states and increase their military power, on the example of the historical development of Germany and Japan in the second half of the 19th century and early 20th century, and identify trends in socio-economic and political development of the two countries, as well as their impact on the formation of military power of states.
Abstract: The article is of interest to specialists, both in the economic and defense spheres, who are engaged in research on the issues of meeting the military and economic needs of states, both in peacetime and in wartime. The aim of the article is to study the dependencies in the development of economic potential of states and increase their military power, on the example of the historical development of Germany and Japan in the second half of the 19th century and early 20th century. The article examines and identifies trends in socio-economic and political development of the two countries, as well as their impact on the formation of military power of states. The analysis of the sources shows that the issue of developing the military and economic power of the states is given a lot of attention, especially the interest in this issue began to grow with the beginning of the war in Syria and Ukraine. The vast majority of countries in the world are gradually increasing their defense budgets, thus increasing global military power and tension. The issue of military power is increasingly receiving the attention of the top political leadership of the advanced states of the world, which cannot but arouse the interest of scientists. Research on historical analogies, identical to past events, can help identify patterns and predict scenarios for future events, which will help states better prepare for the future.

17 Mar 2021TL;DR: In the article, equations are obtained that take into account the peculiarities of the dynamics of their flow in nonlinear systems of the noted class and provide an increase in the accuracy of calculating their parameters.
Abstract: In the article, based on the application of a continuous-discrete approach to the description of periodic modes that are possible in automatic systems with a control computer, equations are obtained that take into account the peculiarities of the dynamics of their flow in nonlinear systems of the noted class and provide an increase in the accuracy of calculating their parameters. This is achieved by taking into account the specifics of the structural diagram of the system under study by replacing the NOT system with harmonic linearization coefficients, which have correspondingly different formula expressions. The use of the proposed equations will make it possible to use the investigated modes more efficiently during the functioning of the system, or vice versa, it is guaranteed to get rid of them.
