TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the effect of personality trait and supportive work environment on employee's job satisfaction as well as his/her innovative work behaviour and found that positive and direct relationship among core self-evaluation (as personality trait), supportive work environments (management and co-worker support), and job satisfaction was found.
Abstract: The study was aimed to investigate the effect of personality trait and supportive work environment on employee’s job satisfaction as well as his/her innovative work behaviour. The current work supports previous prerogatives regarding the importance of supportive work environment for the formation of satisfaction that enhances innovation and change. A sample size of 251 respondents (N = 251) comprised of 133 male and 118 female employees selected from NGOs, banking, and telecom sector from twin cities (i.e., Islamabad and Rawalpindi). Data were gathered through structured questionnaire based on convenient sampling technique. Data was analysed through structural equation modelling (SEM) with AMOS 22.0. Findings indicated that positive and direct relationship among core self-evaluation (as personality trait), supportive work environment (management and co-worker support), and job satisfaction. Similarly, employees’ job satisfaction had positive and direct impact on innovative work behaviour. Furthermore, findings of the study proposed that mangers and HRM professionals could play a pivotal role in exploiting and guaranteeing every employee trait that they possessed and for development of work environment that motivated employees to perceive things with innovation.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method is proposed to improve the e expansion in the theory of developed d-dimensional turbulence on the basis of the renormalization of random forcing in the stochastic Navier-Stokes equation.
Abstract: A method is put forward to improve the e expansion in the theory of developed d-dimensional turbulence on the basis of the renormalization of random forcing in the stochastic Navier-Stokes equation. This renormalization takes into account additional divergences, which appear as d →2. In the nth order of the perturbation theory with the extended renormalization the first n terms of the usual e expansion are correctly reproduced as well as the first n terms of the Laurent expansion in the parameter d-2 of the terms of the rest of the usual e expansion. The Kolmogorov constant and skewness factor calculated in the one-loop approximation of the improved perturbation theory are in reasonable agreement with their recommended experimental values.

TL;DR: Manual construction workers are highly exposed to the risks of getting work related musculoskeletal disorders and there are significant associations between working duration with MSDs symptom among construction workers with respect to the workers lower limb.
Abstract: Background: The nature of work in the construction industry is closely associated with many human factor hazards. Manual construction workers are exposed to hand-arm vibration, repetitive movements, holding of heavy loads and tools, and frequent manual materials handling hazards in their daily tasks. Work related musculoskeletal disorders are major problems faced by construction workers, which involve the nerves, tendons, muscles and other supporting structures of the body. Two main objectives of this study were firstly, to determine the risk factors and the prevalence and secondly, to identify the association of the risks with muscular musculoskeletal disorders symptoms among construction workers. Methods: Evaluation was done through survey questionnaire which also involved the standardized Nordic questionnaire. Sixty male construction workers aged between 17 to 50 years old took part in the study. Their main daily tasks are bricklaying, skim coating, housekeeping and plastering. Results: 66.7% of the workers who took part in the study had high prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders symptoms at their elbows, wrists or hands and ankles or feet. Conclusion: Manual construction workers are highly exposed to the risks of getting work related musculoskeletal disorders and there are significant associations (P = 0.023) between working duration with MSDs symptom among construction workers with respect to the workers lower limb.
