TL;DR: The synthesized algorithm generates the optimal control of the movement of the marker of the current position of the UAV to the given position with allowance for possible retargeting at each moment in a given interval, taking into account the specified quality criterion.
Abstract: The algorithm of stabilization of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) on a given trajectory of motion is proposed in the article with allowance for possible retargeting at each moment of time in a given interval. The synthesized algorithm generates the optimal control of the movement of the marker of the current position of the UAV to the given position with allowance for possible retargeting at each moment in a given interval, taking into account the specified quality criterion.

TL;DR: In this article, a functional integral representation for the generating function of the Green function of stochastic field theory is presented, which yields a functional-integral representation with local action but without the explicit functional Jacobi determinant or ghost fields.
Abstract: Functional representations are reviewed for the generating function of Green functions of stochastic problems stated either with the use of the Fokker-Planck equation or the master equation. Both cases are treated in a unified manner based on the operator approach similar to quantum mechanics. Solution of a second-order stochastic differential equation in the framework of stochastic field theory is constructed. Ambiguities in the mathematical formulation of stochastic field theory are discussed. The Schwinger-Keldysh representation is constructed for the Green functions of the stochastic field theory which yields a functional-integral representation with local action but without the explicit functional Jacobi determinant or ghost fields.

TL;DR: This paper substantiates the approach to the integrated assessment of the impact of information security threats in the military sphere through the use of expert methods.
Abstract: it is known that the assessment of the impact of information security threats in the military sphere is carried out by military authorities in the context of incompleteness of the source data and uncertainty. This uncertainty is mainly due to the ambiguity of identifying sources of threats, as well as the randomness and inaccuracy of the estimates themselves. In view of this, this paper substantiates the approach to the integrated assessment of such impact through the use of expert methods

15 Sep 2015TL;DR: Results of the analysis showed that Studied Features of Discourse and Nonverbal Communication gained the highest ranking and were assessed to be the easiest and fastest to apply, and to have required temporal and contextual sensitivity.
Abstract: Intelligence from a human source, that is falsely thought to be true, is potentially more harmful than a total lack of it. In addition to the collection the veracity assessment of the gathered information is one of the most important phases of the process. Lie detection and veracity assessment methods have been studied widely but a comprehensive analysis of these methods’ applicability is lacking. Multi Criteria Analysis was conducted to compare scientifically valid lie detection and veracity assessment methods in terms of accuracy, ease of use, time requirements, need for special equipment and unobtrusiveness. Results of the analysis showed that Studied Features of Discourse and Nonverbal Communication gained the highest ranking. They were assessed to be the easiest and fastest to apply, and to have required temporal and contextual sensitivity. Plausibility and Inner Logic, MACE and CBCA were also found to be useful, but with some limitations.

13 Jul 2021TL;DR: In this paper, a patent framework of iNavig (Smart System for Inventory Management, Stock Item Locator and Navigation) for locating stock items stored in a building and navigating to the stock items on shelves is presented.
Abstract: The present paper discloses a patent framework of iNavig (Smart System for Inventory Management, Stock Item Locator and Navigation) for locating stock items stored in a building and navigating to the stock items on shelves. The enhanced system comprises a plurality of weight sensors for detecting a weight of the stock items placed on a storing platform, a video camera assembly to provide a real-time video data of the stock items and a visual appearance of the stock items. A service processing module for receiving a service request from a user via a portable computing device to procure one of the stock items is also presented. A plurality of anchor nodes comprising node microcontrollers (NodeMCU) is deployed in a vicinity of the stock items on the storing platform at a predefined set of locations. For smart navigation features, the system is equipped with an AR navigation map using a camera assembly of the portable computing device itself. Moreover, a stock item indicator utilizing fog computing decentralized system which implements machine learning and intelligent of things will be provided in terms of visual and/or audio notification to the user upon arrival at the said one of the stock items location.
