TL;DR: The proliferation of risks and unconventional threats, especially the hybrid ones, requires the finding of integrated security solutions, both nationally and internationally as discussed by the authors, which is a priority of major significance.
Abstract: The proliferation of risks and unconventional threats, especially the hybrid ones, requires the finding of integrated security solutions, both nationally and internationally. The beginning of the millennium reveals new ideas for conducting military conflicts. Thus, within the future confrontations characterized by a high degree of complexity, awareness of the need and development of some mechanisms necessary for the inter-institutional integration and the effects of the actions of all power tools, military and civilian, is a priority of major significance.

TL;DR: This paper is devoted that relative navigation of satellites which fly within a formation, and comparison of relative navigation models are focused.
Abstract: This paper is devoted that relative navigation of satellites which fly within a formation. The concept and the methods of swarm satellites technology and architecture are explained. The difference between the constellation and the formation architecture of satellites are focused. Analyses of relative motion between satellites are simulated by mathematical model which used Hill-Clohessy-Wiltshire (HCW) equations and Keplerian orbital equations. The results of the analysis show that all axes shift by formation. The control algorithms requirements of follower satellite are decided according to the drift of the all axes. Extended Kalman filters are used for optimisation, estimation and control stability of nonlinear orbital relative motion of satellites. At last, comparison of relative navigation models are focused.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a methodology for assessing the younger specialists competence level in the training center, which is built on the basis of multicriteria task calculation, which allows not only to evaluate the results of serviceman preparation and training on the subjects of study, but also to take into account personal qualities.
Abstract: The experience of the employment of troops (forces) during the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) and Joint Forces Operation (JFO) on the East of Ukraine shows us that the most effective result in combat operations achieved by units equipped with personnel that received appropriate trainings and has an experience in combat actions. Therefore, the successful accomplishment of combat tasks of unit will directly depend on the level of competence of the individual soldier. This encourages the research and establishment of new approaches to the organization and preparation of their training, which requires the development of a scientific and methodical apparatus for evaluation the competence level of training center junior specialists. In the article presents a partial methodology for assessing the younger specialists competence level in the training center. Moreover, which is built on the basis of multicriteria task calculation, which allows not only to evaluate the results of serviceman preparation and training on the subjects of study, but also to take into account personal qualities. This it possible to quantify the serviceman competence level, as well as to identify the “weaknesses” in the organization and conduct of the educational process.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the dynamic characteristics of a multi-wavelength Brillouin-Raman fiber laser (MBRFL) assisted by four-wave mixing through the development of Stokes and anti-Stokes lines under different combinations of BrillouIN and Raman pump power levels and different Raman pumping schemes in a ring cavity.
Abstract: Dynamic characteristics of a multi-wavelength Brillouin–Raman fiber laser (MBRFL) assisted by four-wave mixing have been investigated through the development of Stokes and anti-Stokes lines under different combinations of Brillouin and Raman pump power levels and different Raman pumping schemes in a ring cavity. For a Stokes line of order higher than three, the threshold power was less than the saturation power of its last-order Stokes line. By increasing the Brillouin pump power, the nth order anti-Stokes and the (n+4)th order Stokes power levels were unexpectedly increased almost the same before the Stokes line threshold power. It was also found out that the SBS threshold reduction (SBSTR) depended linearly on the gain factor for the 1st and 2nd Stokes lines, as the first set. This relation for the 3rd and 4th Stokes lines as the second set, however, was almost linear with the same slope before SBSTR −6 dB, then, it approached to the linear relation in the first set when the gain factor was increased to 50 dB. Therefore, the threshold power levels of Stokes lines for a given Raman gain can be readily estimated only by knowing the threshold power levels in which there is no Raman amplification.

TL;DR: The experimental results have proven that the ACO-KNN can be used as a feature selection technique in sentiment analysis to obtain quality, optimal feature subset that can represent the actual data in customer review data.
Abstract: This research paper aims to propose a hybrid of ant colony optimization (ACO) and k-nearest neighbour (KNN) algorithms as feature selections for selecting and choosing relevant features from customer review datasets. Information gain (IG), genetic algorithm (GA), and rough set attribute reduction (RSAR) were used as baseline algorithms in a performance comparison with the proposed algorithm. This paper will also discuss the significance test, which was used to evaluate the performance differences between the ACO-KNN, the IG-GA, and the IG-RSAR algorithms. The dependency relation algorithm was used to identify actual features commented by customers by linking the dependency relation between product feature and sentiment words in customers sentences. This study evaluated the performance of the ACOKNN algorithm using precision, recall, and F-score, which was validated using the parametric statistical significance tests. The evaluation process has statistically proven that this ACO-KNN algorithm has been significantly improved compared to the baseline algorithms. In addition, the experimental results have proven that the ACO-KNN can be used as a feature selection technique in sentiment analysis to obtain quality, optimal feature subset that can represent the actual data in customer review data.
