TL;DR: Based on the operator’s transmission of the Pilot-Helicopter (P-H) and the results of the stability studies, it is possible to obtain the answer about the scope of acceptable for safety reasons changes the operator's transmission coefficients.
Abstract: This paper is devoted to deliberations on transmittance measurement system properties and potential PilotHelicopter-Environment (P-H-E), in the security context of this system. Based on the operator’s transmission of the Pilot-Helicopter (P-H) and the results of the stability studies, it is possible to obtain the answer about the scope of acceptable for safety reasons changes the operator’s transmission coefficients. On the other hand, the potential recognition allows the inference about the properties of the P-H-E system in safety and reliability areas. The basis of this interference is the assumption concerning the system which is suitable for the safe implementation of tasks in certain conditions and if the P-H system has a required stability supply at the specified time.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present the e-learning course, which, by its design, can support the acquisition and development of intercultural competence for military and civilian personnel of the Ministry of Defense.
Abstract: This article briefly reviews chosen forms and methods of intercultural competence training for military and civilian personnel of the Ministry of Defence. Special attention is put to Internet Communication Technology (ICT) for academic purposes in form of e-learning platforms. Teaching modules or simulation software help teachers build more attractive content and more convinced messages. The example of such a solution is the NDU’s Introduction to Cultural Awareness e-learning course, which was tasked by the Individual Training and Education Developments NATO Training Group in 2012. The authors of the article were fully engaged in the course development process and worked with the Poland ADL Partnership Lab team. The aim of the article is to present the e-learning course, which, by its design, can support the acquisition and development of intercultural competence.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors apply the theoretical model of Saul B. Cohen-Shatterbelt to the post-cold war scenario of India and Pakistan and find that the shatterbelt means such volatile areas that would not allow the states to go for friendly relations.
Abstract: After the Cold War Pakistan, China and India had opportunities to adjust each other according to the geopolitical trends of the time. In the post-Cold War era, there was no Soviet Union to influence relations between India and China. On the other side, Pakistan did not lose its Cold War ally, United States; to make independent relations in the region on its choices. American sanctions would turn Pakistan into a selfassumed path of foreign policy. The resultant regional geopolitical scenario, after the Cold War, may best be explained by applying the theoretical model of Saul B. Cohen- Shatterbelt. The shatterbelt means such volatile areas that would not allow the states to go for friendly relations. The study is qualitative in nature. The data is secondary which is interpreted through Thematic Approach.

TL;DR: In this article, the structural and electronic properties of a new fluorine-free cathode material of polyanionichydroxysulfates, LiFeSO4OH with caminite structure are studied using first principles density functional theory.
Abstract: Structural and electronic properties of a new fluorine-free cathode material of polyanionichydroxysulfates, LiFeSO4OH with caminite structure are studied using first principles density functional theory. From the calculated result, it reveals that antiferromagnetic configuration is more stable compared to ferromagnetic and non-magnetic configuration. Meanwhile, the density of state calculation divulges that this material exhibited large d-d type of band gap and would behave as a Mott-Hubbard insulator. Thus, this behaviour can lead to poor electronic conductivity.
