TL;DR: In this article, the authors apply the theoretical model of Saul B. Cohen-Shatterbelt to the post-cold war scenario of India and Pakistan and find that the shatterbelt means such volatile areas that would not allow the states to go for friendly relations.
Abstract: After the Cold War Pakistan, China and India had opportunities to adjust each other according to the geopolitical trends of the time. In the post-Cold War era, there was no Soviet Union to influence relations between India and China. On the other side, Pakistan did not lose its Cold War ally, United States; to make independent relations in the region on its choices. American sanctions would turn Pakistan into a selfassumed path of foreign policy. The resultant regional geopolitical scenario, after the Cold War, may best be explained by applying the theoretical model of Saul B. Cohen- Shatterbelt. The shatterbelt means such volatile areas that would not allow the states to go for friendly relations. The study is qualitative in nature. The data is secondary which is interpreted through Thematic Approach.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present the results of an empirical study of certain aspects that determine the organizational culture and identify promising directions, that have a significant potential for improving organizational culture.
Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of non‐material assets of an organization development, particularly of organizational culture as a basis of effective development of an organization. The hypothesis lies in the fact that specific features study of organizational culture of a company provides possibility of objective evaluation of a degree of stability of organization, its ability for competition, allows to predict the important directions of management decisions, and a possibility of achievement of planned results. The tendencies concerning the transformations of contemporary management of organizations, which are realized in transferring of management influences from the management of technology of work to technology of management of human potential of a company, are revealed. The change of emphasis is due to objective reasons: due to the processes of globalization, state‐of‐the‐art production technologies, including the latest information technologies, as well as the international labor market, humanization of industrial relations and human resource management technologies are becoming widely available. The article presents the results of an empirical study of certain aspects that determine the organizational culture. Promising directions, that have a significant potential for improving organizational culture, are identified.

TL;DR: The most commonly used anti-wear additive is zinc dithiophosphate (ZDDP) as discussed by the authors, which prevents the tribological system from wearing out due to friction and wear.
Abstract: Additives are important components to reduce friction and wear of tribological systems. Zinc dithiophosphate (ZDDP), the most commonly used anti-wear additive prevents the tribological system from ...

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors diagnose and explore water issue in South Asia and suggest plausible solution to solve the water crisis in the context of power politics, mismanagement, unjustified distribution of resources and violation of existing treaties.
Abstract: South Asia is an enriched land with abundant manpower, highest glaciated mountains, long blue water coast lines, flowing rivers, vast plains, natural gas reserves etc but unfortunately, the major portion of inhabitants of this region is living below the poverty line and suffering with crises like shortage of food, energy and water. Judicious utilization of its natural resources is the only way to alleviate the basic lives of masses. In South Asia, the state’s dependence on water becomes the utmost factor in economy which ultimately assists in achieving the goals like self-sufficiency in food stuff and power production. Consequently, the water issue has given rise to estrangement in South Asia due to heavy dependence on water sources which mainly originate from Tibet and then flow through Indus and Ganga Basins. This study describes how countries like India, China and Nepal while claiming ownership of water resources have manipulated power politics, giving rise to the phenomenon of hydro politics. On the other hand, India thinks China is manipulating water sources and creating shortage of water for her population. She is also interested in redefining or “reimagining” the Indus Water treaty. The water crisis is also a result of mismanagement, unjustified distribution of resources and violation of implementation of existing treaties. In short, the paper is aimed to diagnose and explore water issue and suggest plausible solution.

TL;DR: The indexing features of triple stores are investigated to see the pattern of semantic indexing that will improve the current information retrieval indexing.
Abstract: Indexing is one of the important technique used to make searching and retrieval process more accurate and faster. In this paper, the indexing features of triple stores are investigated to see the pattern of semantic indexing that will improve the current information retrieval indexing. To do the evaluation, we choose the best triple stores, Allegro Graph. AllegroGraph require more than one triple indices pattern to be matched with the query. Therefore we do the evaluation of triple indices to determine which triple indices pattern gives for fast retrieval. During experiment, we use RDF data. Then we matched the triple indices pattern with the SPARQL query to retrieve the relevant data. As the result, it would take longer if the system contains unneeded triple indices which will waste CPU times and disk space. Removing unneeded triple indices pattern will provide for fast retrieval.
