TL;DR: In this paper, a wide variety of metal species based on mononuclear, binuclear, polynuclear complexes and extended coordination polymers are discussed in relation to the coordination modes of the anion, i.e., monodentate (through the N-atom or the carbonylic O-atom), bidentate, tridentate or bridge forming.

TL;DR: A review article on fundamental aspects of thiolate self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on the (111 and 100) surfaces of the Cu and Ni groups is presented in this article.
Abstract: A review article on fundamental aspects of thiolate self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on the (111) and (100) surfaces of the Cu and Ni groups is presented. In particular this work is focused on two important points that remain poorly understood in most of these metals: the chemistry of the S-metal interface, which strongly depends on the nature of the metallic surface, and the role of the interaction forces that not only guide the self-assembly process but also influence the surface structure of SAMs. In addition to recent experimental and theoretical data on these issues we present new density functional calculations including van der Waals forces for an important number of known thiolate surface structures as a function of the hydrocarbon chain length.

TL;DR: In this paper, observational constraints coming from CMB and type Ia supernovae for the model of an accelerated universe produced by gravitational leakage into extra dimensions are discussed, and the equations governing the evolution of cosmological perturbations are given.
Abstract: We discuss observational constraints coming from CMB and type Ia supernovae for the model of an accelerated universe produced by gravitational leakage into extra dimensions. Our fits indicate that the model is currently in agreement with the data. We also give the equations governing the evolution of cosmological perturbations. Future observations will be able to severely constrain the model.

TL;DR: Araripesuchus is proposed here as being the sister taxon of Neosuchia, corroborating previous phylogenetic analysis and allowing a reanalysis of the role played by their amphiatlantic distribution in the Aptian-Albian.
Abstract: A new species of the genus Araripesuchus from the Albian-Cenomanian locality of the El Chocon (Neuquen Province, Argentina) is described. The diagnosis of the genus is reviewed and its phylogenetic placement within Crocodylomorpha discussed. Araripesuchus is proposed here as being the sister taxon of Neosuchia, corroborating previous phylogenetic analysis. The new species, Araripesuchus patagonicus, differs from the type species, A. gomesii in the relationships of the prefronto-nasal and lachrymo-nasal sutures, the dermal placement of the postorbital bar on the medial side of the jugal, and the greater extension of the squamosals in the skull dorsum. The African species, “Araripesuchus” wegeneri, does not share the diagnostic traits of the genus, and its reassignment to a new genus needs to be considered. The phylogenetic context of Araripesuchus and “A.” wegeneri permits a reanalysis of the role played by their amphiatlantic distribution in the Aptian-Albian. “Araripesuchus” wegeneri and the Sou...

TL;DR: In this paper, the decays of B0 s! + and B0! + have been studied using 26 : 3 fb of 13TeV LHC proton-proton collision data collected with the ATLAS detector in 2015 and 2016.
Abstract: A study of the decays B0 s ! + and B0 ! + has been performed using 26 : 3 fb of 13TeV LHC proton-proton collision data collected with the ATLAS detector in 2015 and 2016. Since the detector resolut ...
