Abstract: A vacuum processing apparatus, including a reactor and a partitioning plate having a plurality of through-holes through which radicals are allowed to pass and separating the reactor into a plasma generating space and a substrate process space, the process, such as a film deposition process, being carried out on a substrate placed in the substrate process space by delivering a gas into the plasma generating space for generating a plasma, producing radicals with the plasma thus generated, and delivering the radicals through the plurality of through-holes on the partitioning plate into the substrate process space. The partitioning plate includes a partitioning body having a plurality of through-holes and a control plate disposed on the plasma generating space side of the partitioning body and having radical passage holes in the positions corresponding to the plurality of through-holes on the partitioning plate.

Communication control system using telephone directory management system of mobile phone

Abstract: A communication control system including a directory server which include a storage unit and a communication control unit. The storage unit stores a replica of directory data of records, each of which includes data of a counter communication end. The communication control unit refers to the directory data replica to determine whether or not a connection of a communication request from the counter communication end to the mobile phone is permitted, in response to a connection confirmation request which is generated in response to the communication request, and transmits a response indicative permission or non-permission of the connection of the communication request to the mobile phone.

Abstract: A workflow system includes workflow defining portion for defining workflow information necessary for operating workflow job to be realized by a sequence of unit businesses for which a plurality of workers are involved, workflow operating and managing portion for managing progress of the workflow job according to workflow information defined by the workflow defining means and urging execution of the unit job, individual information managing portion for managing individual information relating to each worker involving each unit job, and workflow predicting and evaluating projection for obtaining the workflow information defined by the workflow defining means, progress information indicative of progress of job of the workflow job managed by the workflow operating and managing means, and individual information managed by the individual information managing means, and for predicting future progress of the workflow job.

Automatic call transfer system capable of carrying out call transfer without manual operation

Abstract: In an automatic call transfer system for use in carrying out transfer of a terminating call from one of telephone sets (T) to another through an exchange (11), a person identification number (ID) is assigned to each of persons movable in a limited area and is generated from a transmitter (TX) conveyed by each person. The limited area is divided into a plurality of zones (Z) which are defined by receivers (RX) connected through subscriber lines to the exchange, respectively, and which include at least one of the telephone sets, respectively. The person identification number is produced from a transmitter (TX) conveyed by each person and is received by a selected one of the receivers in the zone for the selected receiver to be sent through one of the subscriber lines (L) to the exchange. A line number of the one subscriber line is memorized in a memory of the exchange in correspondence to the person identification number and is changed as each person moves in the limited area. Responsive to the terminating call carrying the person identification number, the exchange searches the memory to detect the line number memorized therein and to transfer the terminating call to one of the telephone sets indicated by the memorized line number.
