11 May 2010TL;DR: In this paper, a method for classifying a pair of audio signals into an agent audio signal and a customer audio signal is proposed, where the input signals are associated with the agent or the customer according to the higher score combination of the input signal and the clusters.
Abstract: A method for classifying a pair of audio signals into an agent audio signal and a customer audio signal. One embodiment relates to unsupervised training, in which the training corpus comprises a multiplicity of audio signal pairs, wherein each pair comprises an agent signal and a customer signal, and wherein it is unknown for each signal if it is by the agent or by the customer. Training is based on the agent signals being more similar to one another than the customer signals. An agent cluster and a customer cluster are determined. The input signals are associated with the agent or the customer according to the higher score combination of the input signals and the clusters. Another embodiment relates to supervised training, wherein an agent model is generated, and the input signal that yields higher score against the model is the agent signal, while the other is the customer signal.

02 Jul 2007TL;DR: In this paper, a method and apparatus for revealing business or organizational aspects of an organization from interactions, broadcasts or other sources is presented, which classify the interactions into predefined categories and perform additional processing on interactions in one or more categories, and analysis is executed for revealing insights, trends, problems, causes for problems.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for revealing business or organizational aspects of an organization from interactions, broadcasts or other sources. The method and apparatus classify the interactions into predefined categories. Then additional processing is performed on interactions in one or more categories, and analysis is executed for revealing insights, trends, problems, causes for problems, and other characteristics within the one or more categories.

09 Feb 2011TL;DR: In this paper, a system and method for receiving an initial search entry to search text data was proposed, where the text data may be an N word lattice, transcribed by a text to speech engine.
Abstract: A system and method for receiving an initial search entry to search text data. The text data may be, for example, an N word lattice, transcribed by a text to speech engine. The difference between the initial search entry and one or more entries in the dictionary may be measured. One or more similar entries may be selected from the dictionary that have the smallest measures of difference to the initial search entry. The text data may be searched for the one or more selected similar entries. Each of the searched similar entries found in the text data may be displayed as a search result.

02 May 2013TL;DR: In this paper, a computer-implemented method for enrolling voice prints generated from audio streams, in a database was proposed, which may include receiving an audio stream of a communication session and creating a preliminary association between the audio stream and an identity of a customer that has engaged in the communication session based on identification information.
Abstract: Some aspects of the invention may include a computer-implemented method for enrolling voice prints generated from audio streams, in a database. The method may include receiving an audio stream of a communication session and creating a preliminary association between the audio stream and an identity of a customer that has engaged in the communication session based on identification information. The method may further include determining a confidence level of the preliminary association based on authentication information related to the customer and if the confidence level is higher than a threshold, sending a request to compare the audio stream to a database of voice prints of known fraudsters. If the audio stream does not match any known fraudsters, sending a request to generate from the audio stream a current voice print associated with the customer and enrolling the voice print in a customer voice print database.
