TL;DR: In this paper, a method for noise filtering in a video signal is proposed, which divides a portion of a frame into pixel groups and identifies a group as a first-type pixel group, possibly relating to a large change such as motion or light, if a difference parameter relating to the difference between the pixel group and a respective pixel group in a previous frame is larger than a threshold.
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system and method for noise filtering in a video signal. The method includes dividing at least a portion of a frame into pixel groups and identifying a group as a first-type pixel group, possibly relating to a large change such as motion or light, if a difference parameter relating to the difference between the pixel group and a respective pixel group in a previous frame is larger than a threshold. The method further includes, identifying one or more of the first-type pixel groups as isolated pixel groups, if all the neighbors of the group are pixel groups with a difference parameter smaller than the threshold. The isolated pixel groups are redefined as pixel groups containing noise. The method further includes adapting the threshold based on the number of isolated pixel groups identified.

TL;DR: In this paper, the screen recording session is initiated and terminated within the controller, based on correlation between audio data and screen data from the call, without requiring involvement with a controller or Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) layer.

TL;DR: In this article, a method for detection and analysis of first contact resolution failures is presented. But the method is not suitable for the detection of first-contact resolution failures in large-scale systems, since it requires the first plurality of digital representations to be associated with a contact center interaction, and each digital representation associated with an interaction is associated with metadata associated with the interaction.
Abstract: The subject matter discloses a method for detection and analysis of first contact resolution failures comprising: obtaining a first plurality of digital representations, each digital representation of the first plurality is associated with a contact center interaction; determining a pair of digital representations that represent a pair of contact center interactions determined from the first plurality of digital representations according to metadata associated with the pair of contact center interactions; determining topics of each interaction of the determined pair of contact center interactions represented by the pair of digital representations; classifying the pair of contact center interactions as first contact resolution failure or first contact resolution interactions pair.

TL;DR: A system and method for detecting an object of interest can be found in this paper, where a set of unique characteristics of a mobile communication device is associated with the target object based on the first and second sets of characteristics.
Abstract: A system and method for detecting an object of interest. An embodiment of a system or method may include receiving an indication an object of interest is present in a first area; obtaining, at the first area, a first set of unique characteristics of a respective set of mobile communication devices; receiving an indication the object of interest is present in a second area; obtaining, at the second area, a second set of characteristics of a respective second set of mobile communication devices; and associating a unique characteristic of a mobile communication device with the object of interest based on the first and second sets of characteristics.

TL;DR: In this article, a system and method for enabling interoperability between an embedded object and an external application is presented, which can include modifying an original component included in a system to generate a modified component, the modified component adapted to intercept a call to create an instance of the embedded object; obtaining a reference to the instance of embedded object, storing the reference in a pointers container; generating a representation of the instance based on information in the pointers container, and providing the representation to the external application.
