TL;DR: In this paper, a system and method for capturing and storing face-to-face voice interaction in a walk-in environment is described, where an agent unit detects an audio signal created by a first participant of a face to face interaction and transmits the audio signal over a wireless communication link, and a microphone array detects audio signals created by the second participant of the interaction and a capturing unit receives and processes the audio signals from the agent unit and audio signal from the microphone array and transmit processed audio signals to a central capture device.
Abstract: Device, system and method for capturing and storing face to face voice interaction in a walk-in environment are provided. For example, an end-point in a walk-in environment may include an agent unit to detect an audio signal created by a first participant of a face-to-face interaction and to transmit the audio signal over a wireless communication link, a microphone array to detect an audio signal created by a second participant of the interaction and a capturing unit to receive and process the audio signal from the agent unit and the audio signal from the microphone array and to transmit processed audio signals to a central capture device.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method, computerized apparatus and computer program product for determining script compliance in interactions, the method comprising: receiving one or more indexed audio interaction; receiving a text representing a script; automatically extracting two or more key terms from the script, automatically generating a query representing the script; and determining spotted key terms of the key terms that appear in the indexed audio interactions.
Abstract: A method, computerized apparatus and computer program product for determining script compliance in interactions, the method comprising: receiving one or more indexed audio interaction; receiving a text representing a script; automatically extracting two or more key terms from the script; automatically generating a query representing the script, comprising: receiving one or more constraint associated with the at least two key terms; and determining spotted key terms of the key terms that appear in the indexed audio interactions; determining complied constraints based on a number of words difference between two key terms of the at least two key terms; and determining a relevance score for each of the indexed audio interactions, based on the spotted key terms and the complied constraints.
