TL;DR: A novel monogenic scale space based Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method by integrating the Reisz transform of face images at different scales and the PCA method for face representation and recognition is presented.
Abstract: In this paper, we present a novel monogenic scale space based Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method by integrating the Reisz transform of face images at different scales and the PCA method for face representation and recognition. The Reisz transform captures desirable facial features characterized by local phase information and local energy at different scales in order to cope with the variations due to illumination and facial pose changes. The PCA method is then employed to reduce the dimension of the feature vectors and hence for efficient face representation and recognition. The feasibility of the proposed monogenic scale space based method integrated with PCA has been successfully tested on many standard face databases such as AT&T and YALE face databases. The recognition accuracy of the proposed approach is compared with the other well known face recognition approaches namely the PCA method, the kernel PCA method and the Gabor wavelet-based RCM method and it is found that the proposed approach exhibit better recognition accuracy when compared to these well known methods.

TL;DR: The idea to develop an advanced automatic driving system by using sensors and raspberry pi to take action to be in charge automatically without driver inclusion is given.
Abstract: This paper gives the idea to develop an advanced automatic driving system by using sensors and raspberry pi. Driver activity is exacerbated by numerous factors linked to the automobile, the climate, and driving. Monitoring the movement of drivers to ensure the protection on roads is essential to reduce road injuries, to build a program such as adapting to the current scenario. When detection occurs, the system takes action to be in charge automatically without driver inclusion. The prototype method consists of a microcontroller for detecting the various parameters like the distance between the vehicle, weather monitoring, temperature monitoring, the ultrasonic sensor is utilized for finding the obstacle in front of the vehicle, the camera module is used to send the images of the obstacle. Sensor values like temperature, obstacle distance have to be stipulated as threshold values, if these calculated values are more than threshold values, and Raspberry Pi handles the dc motor speed. All the information is monitored and updated in the cloud through TCP/IP (Wi-Fi) protocol send via E-mail and SMS.

TL;DR: Java is simply the official language of Android app development, which means it is one of the most supported languages by Google and the one that most apps in the Play Store are built with.
Abstract: Java is simply the official language of Android app development, which means it is one of the most supported languages by Google and the one that most apps in the Play Store are built with. Java itself was developed by Sun Microsystems way back in 1995 and it is used for a wide range of programming applications. Java code is run by a virtual machine, which runs on Android devices and interprets the code. An android based application where the patients can consult with doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other medical professionals regarding their problems through mobile application. User can fix appointments for consulting doctors through the app. Provides best suggestions for the users, based on user’s inputs such as symptoms, gender, age.
