19 Jul 1988TL;DR: In this paper, an ultrasonic wave drive motor using the lining material (9) on the moving surface of a rotor (2) of a stator is described, with a void ratio of 3 to 40 %.
Abstract: The invention relates to a lining material having excellent resistance and for greatly reducing high-speed sliding noise, and to an ultrasonic wave drive motor using the lining material (9) on the moving surface of a rotor (2) thereof. The lining material is chiefly composed of meta-form wholly aromatic polyamide pulp particles and/or meta-form wholly aromatic polyamide fibers, and has a void ratio of 3 to 40 %. By using the lining material (9) as a moving surface of the rotor (2) that comes into contact with a vibration amplifier unit (5) of the stator (1), the noise can be lowered when the motor is driven and the life of the moving surface can be lengthened.

11 Mar 1981TL;DR: In this paper, the color filter and the chip are covered with protective layers or films so that surface flaws may be avoided and then the chip with the partially-bonded color filter is removed from the bonding device and complete curing of the adhesive is accomplished by heating.
Abstract: In a step for bonding a color filter to a solid-state color-image sensor chip with an adhesive which is curable not only by light or more particularly ultraviolet-ray irradiation but also by heating, pre-curing or partial curing is effected by irradiating light rays after the color filter and the chip has been pressed against each other and correctly aligned with each other in a bonding device and then the chip with the partially-bonded color filter is removed from the bonding device and complete curing of the adhesive is accomplished by heating. According to one embodiment of the present invention the bonding step is carried out in an atmosphere containing the oxygen so that the adhesive which has been squeezed out from the space between the color filter and the chip may be prevented from being cured and subsequently removed in a simple manner. According to a further embodiment of the present invention, prior to the bonding step, the color filter and chip are covered with protective layers or films so that surface flaws may be avoided. Thus, the color filters can be bonded to the chips with a higher degree of accuracy and a higher degree of adhesive strength and the mass production of solid-state color-image sensors can be much facilitated.

24 Aug 2015TL;DR: In this article, a self light emitting display (SLED) is constructed as follows: a plurality of picture elements, each of which picture elements has an organic layer composing light emitting areas, a transparent electrode and a reflective electrodes, are formed on a substrate.
Abstract: A self light emitting display device having high level of the external coupling efficiency and high grade image presentation as no optical cross-talk or blur can be obtained by a new light-emitting element. The device is constructed as follows. A plurality of picture elements, each of which picture elements has an organic layer composing light emitting areas, a transparent electrode and a reflective electrodes, are formed on a substrate. Between the picture elements, a bank which has a tilted reflective surface is formed so that the light emitting area is surrounded by the bank wherein the transparent optical waveguide layer is formed as optically isolated for each of the picture elements.

26 Mar 2008TL;DR: In this paper, a nonvolatile storage element is provided with a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer and a resistance change layer, which reversibly changes on the basis of electrical signals given between both electrodes (103) and (107).
Abstract: A nonvolatile storage element is provided with a first electrode layer (103), a second electrode layer (107), and a resistance change layer (106) that is interposed between the first electrode layer (103) and the second electrode layer (107) and has a resistance value which reversibly changes on the basis of electrical signals given between both electrodes (103) and (107). This resistance change layer (106) has a laminated structure in which a first tantalum-containing layer having a composition represented by TaOx (wherein, 0≤x<2.5) and a second tantalum-containing layer having a composition represented by TaOy (wherein, x

08 Oct 1999TL;DR: In this paper, a data processing apparatus is provided with a data obtaining unit which receives a network signal on a network N and obtains distributed audio data Dau in which copyright information or the like is embedded, and a control unit which obtains information indicating a watermarking method which has been used when embedding the copyright information in the audio data.
Abstract: A data processing apparatus is provided with a data obtaining unit which receives a network signal sn on a network N and obtains distributed audio data Dau in which copyright information or the like is embedded, and a control unit which obtains information indicating a watermarking method which has been used when embedding the copyright information or the like in the audio data. The embedded information is extracted by an appropriate watermarking method according to the obtained information indicating the used watermarking method. The extracted information is again embedded in the distributed audio data Dau by using a predetermined watermarking method, and thus obtained audio data is recorded on a recording medium. Therefore, regardless of the watermarking method used for embedding the copyright information or the like in the distributed audio data Dau, the distributed audio data Dau can be appropriately reproduced by reproduction apparatuses as domestic electrical equipment, according to the embedded information.
