Abstract: An overvoltage protection system with an overvoltage protection element (1) and an ignition aid which triggers the overvoltage protection element (1), the overvoltage protection element (1) having two main electrodes (2, 3) and an air-breakdown spark gap (4) which acts between the main electrodes (2, 3). An overvoltage protection system having a relatively small and also largely constant operating voltage is implemented by there being an ignition circuit (5) with an ignition voltage output (6) as the ignition aid, the overvoltage protection element (1) having an ignition spark gap (7) which acts between the main electrodes (2, 3) with at least one ignition electrode (8) and the ignition electrode (8) being connected to the ignition voltage output (6) of the ignition circuit (5).

Abstract: The clamp has a spring leg provided at an interior of a metal cage from a region of a roller's side (4) to a clamping side (7) in a converging manner. The region lies towards the clamping side. The spring leg is clamped with a clamping force directed against the clamping side. Guide slots (10) are molded into broad side panels (1) of the metal cage, where slots lie opposite to each other and opened at the roller's side. Chamfers (13) include side wall sections that limit the guide slots. The chamfers form even positioning surfaces (14) for a tool e.g. screwdriver blade, towards the slots.

Die Solaranschlussdosen werden durch das Einpragen eines Startstroms (76) vom Sicherheitszustand in den Betriebszustand umgeschaltet, d.h. aktiviert.

Abstract: A connection and junction box for a photovoltaic solar module having flexible flat conductor band protruding from the surface of the solar module, wherein the connection and junction box has an insertion mouth at its side facing the solar module in mounted state, for at least one flexible flat conductor band of the solar module, and comprises a housing for attaching on the solar module, and a connection device for the flexible flat conductor band, positioned in the housing, the connection device has an electrical contact clamp, which is closed when putting the box on the solar module, and thereby catches and contacts the flat conductor band.
