01 Feb 1999TL;DR: In this paper, an overvoltage protection element with a triggering ignition aid is presented, where the system has two main electrodes with an air breakdown spark path between them, and an ignition circuit with an ignition voltage output.
Abstract: The system has an overvoltage protection element (1) with a triggering ignition aid, whereby the overvoltage protection element has two main electrodes with an air breakdown spark path between them. The ignition aid is an ignition circuit with an ignition voltage output. The overvoltage protection element has an ignition spark gap between the main electrodes at least one ignition electrode (8), which is connected to the ignition voltage output of the ignition circuit.

17 Feb 2000TL;DR: In this article, the clamp terminal has an insulating housing with an insertion opening for an insulated electrical conductor, containing a spring-loaded operating slider and a cooperating blade element for penetrating the conductor insulation, the blade element connecting the conductor to a current rail.
Abstract: The clamp terminal (1) has an insulating housing (2) with an insertion opening (3) for an insulated electrical conductor (4), containing a spring-loaded operating slider (6) and a cooperating blade element (7) for penetrating the conductor insulation, the blade element connecting the conductor to a current rail (5). The operating slide is held by a locking element (11) to allow insertion of the current conductor and is moved towards the cutting blade by the spring (10) after release of the locking element.

25 Nov 2011TL;DR: In this article, an electric plug connector for connecting at least one first and a second thermocouple conductor, comprising at least a conductive first and second contacting means, was proposed.
Abstract: The invention relates to an electric plug connector for electrically connecting at least one first and a second thermocouple conductor, comprising at least one electrically conductive first and second contacting means. The first thermocouple conductor is to be connected to the first contacting means, and the second thermocouple conductor is to be connected to the second contacting means. The connector also comprises at least one first electric temperature sensor which is provided with a temperature sensing region and at least one first and one second electric contact, at least one part of the temperature sensing region of the first temperature sensor being directly connected to the first contacting means by a joint.

01 May 1995TL;DR: In this article, the base block (3), into which pref. an electronic unit (4) can be plugged, has rows of terminals for wire connections arranged along its longer edges (6,7).
Abstract: The base block (3), into which pref. an electronic unit (4) can be plugged, has rows of terminals (8-11) for wire connections arranged along its longer edges (6,7). A busbar system (12) extending along the supporting rail (2) can be coupled to the terminals and/or the electronic unit so that when placed on the rail, the block enters into contact with the busbars. A separate terminal (25) is provided for a protective conductor. The busbars (13) may be arranged in a space extending parallel to the rail instead of being enclosed by it.
