TL;DR: In this paper, a cable strain relief for a cable is proposed, which consists of a strain relief element (20 ) and a retaining element (10 ), where the retaining element is connected to a mating piece (40 ).
Abstract: The invention relates to a cable strain relief for a cable. The cable strain relief comprises a strain relief element ( 20 ) and a retaining element ( 10 ). The retaining element ( 10 ) is intended to be connected to a mating piece ( 40 ). The strain relief element ( 20 ) and the retaining element ( 10 ) are designed such that said elements form a unit ( 1 ). The invention further relates to a connector set and a feedthrough set, which comprises an aforementioned cable strain relief ( 10, 20 ) and a mating piece ( 40 ). The mating piece ( 40 ) is intended to be connected to the retaining element ( 10 ) of the cable strain relief ( 10, 20 ), wherein the mating piece can be pushed onto a cable.

28 Jul 2010TL;DR: In this paper, a thermally separating connection between a connecting element and an insulating disconnecting element is used to move the connecting element out of contact with the terminal contact and the pole of a varistor.
Abstract: The element (1) has a connecting element (6) in electrically contact with a terminal contact (5) and a pole of a varistor (3) via a thermally separating connection. The connection is separated when the temperature of the component exceeds a preset boundary temperature. A spring system exerts a force that causes the connecting element to move out of electrically contact with the terminal contact and the pole. The connecting element is connected to an insulating disconnecting element (10) so that the disconnecting element is moved between the terminal contact and the pole.

07 Dec 2006TL;DR: In this paper, the clamp has a box provided in interior of a clamp housing, which has an insertion opening, and retaining tongues preside at box walls, and are engaged into the retaining frame.
Abstract: The clamp has a box provided in interior of a clamp housing (1), which has an insertion opening (2). Retaining tongues preside at box walls, and are engaged into the retaining frame. A leg spring is connected in loop-shape to a side at the retaining frame by the box wall forming a clamp counter-bearing, and has clamping elements as clamping legs, which are identical to each other. The clamping elements are replicate to the retaining frame, and protrude with its clamping ends through a frame opening.

06 Nov 1998TL;DR: In this paper, an independent claim for a communications system, especially an automation system, utilizing the field bus component, and for a corresponding data transmission method was provided for a communication system.
Abstract: The component includes a data security layer (70, 72-76) for processing a field bus protocol, and a physical layer (60-64) which is formed for a high-speed data transmission. An interface (65), preferably a Medium Independent Interface, connects the data security layer and the physical layer, and a further layer (71) adjusts both layers. The data security layer comprises a medium access control layer (72), a base connection layer (73), a periphery data connection layer (74), and a network administration layer (76). An Independent claim is provided for a communications system, especially an automation system, utilizing the field bus component, and for a corresponding data transmission method.

TL;DR: In this article, a modular circuit arrangement for switching electrical power includes a relay socket, an adapter and a relay, and the relay includes a mechanical switch and is electrically and mechanically detachable to the adapter so as to connect the semiconductor relay of the adapter in parallel to the mechanical switch.
Abstract: A modular circuit arrangement for switching electrical power includes a relay socket, an adapter and a relay. The adapter is detachably connectable to the relay socket and includes a semiconductor relay and a control unit electrically connected to the semiconductor relay. The relay includes a mechanical switch and is electrically and mechanically detachably connectable to the adapter so as to connect the semiconductor relay of the adapter in parallel to the mechanical switch. The control unit is configured to actuate the relay and the semiconductor switch at different times.
