TL;DR: P pH-changes and most probable number of viable bacteria have been chosen for monitoring the culture evolution of Thiobacillus species under the influence of the surfactants and SDS causes a stronger inhibition, while non inhibitory detergent concentrations cause a lengthening of the lag period specially in the non-aciduric species.
