TL;DR: In this article, various mechanical properties for composites were studied, and comparison between different mechanical properties namely theoretical density, actual density, tensile strength and flexural strength of two distinctive natural fibers is done.
Abstract: Here, various mechanical properties for composites were studied, and comparison between different mechanical properties namely theoretical density, actual density, tensile strength and flexural strength of two distinctive natural fibers is done. These natural fibers are made of jute and Luffa-glass fibers reinforced with epoxy hybrid composites. Twelve different types of laminates have been used for this purpose. The flexural properties of the jute glass and luffa-glass fibers reinforced epoxy hybrid composites are superior for stacking series of GJGJ for jute glass 5% fly ash and jute glass 5% alumina and GLGL for luffa glass. The values of tensile properties are better for GJJG for jute glass 5% fly ash and jute glass 5% alumina and GLLG for luffa glass.

TL;DR: It is observed that lower-dimensional system’s response derived from suggested hybrid method is found to be closed to the considered test system‘s response and hence has a better overall performance.
Abstract: A mathematical technique named the discrete-time system approximation is used for approximating higher-dimensional system to their lower-dimensional system by retaining the essential characteristics. Hence, a new hybrid technique is presented in this paper for discrete-time system approximation. The technique presented in this paper is developed by combining fuzzy C-means clustering (FCMC) and cuckoo search optimization (CSO) technique. Firstly, to get steady lower-dimensional system, the denominator polynomial is derived by FCMC technique. Secondly, the CSO technique is being employed to formulate numerator polynomial of the lower-dimensional/approximated system. The proposed hybrid method is tested on higher-dimensional test systems considered from the literature to derive lower-dimensional systems. Further, the efficiency of the suggested hybrid technique is justified on comparison of time domain characteristics and various performance indices. The time responses of higher- and lower-dimensional systems are plotted with respect to unit step input. It is observed that lower-dimensional system’s response derived from suggested hybrid method is found to be closed to the considered test system’s response. Furthermore, it reveals that the suggested hybrid technique gives the minimum performance indices values and hence has a better overall performance. One of the applications of the proposed hybrid method may be explored in the discrete-time interval system approximation.

TL;DR: The electrical modeling of li-ion battery is dealt with using optimization technique and circuit parameters of battery model are calculated via with genetic algorithm basic optimized process to perform best results.
Abstract: In this paper describe a model of li-ion battery. In which, the parameters are calculated from modeling and simulation to develop the domestic application. This paper, deal along the electrical modeling of li-ion battery using optimization technique. The results of li ion battery are optimized by use of genetic algorithm. The circuit parameters of battery model are calculated via with genetic algorithm basic optimized process to perform best results. The first purpose of this paper is to comprehend the electrical performance of this battery over experimentations test in the similar environmental situation. The second aim of this paper is to check about battery models along with varies stages Such as frequent changing in state-of-charge (SOC) of the battery. These are verified in MATLAB R2010a.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a procedure to design and analyze a solar photovoltaic water pumping system for irrigation purpose in Rajasthan, where the PV pump system designing should be done by considering the crop water demand and the solar irradiation.
Abstract: Solar energy is the main source of energy and totally dependable one in India. Irrigation done by solar pumping is a striking option for farmers. As like the case with diesel pumps this technology does not require any type of fuel and maintenance. The PV pump system designing should be done by considering the crop water demand and the solar irradiation. The crop water requirement factor depends on varying season and so optimal amount of water supply should be made. The present paper aims to present a procedure to design and analyze a solar photovoltaic water pumping system for irrigation purpose. Rajasthan has an abundant source of solar energy but lacks in sufficient water. Peak water requirement of certain crops grown in Pipalda a village of Rajasthan has been evaluated with the help of CROPWAT 8.0 and accordingly sizing of a solar photovoltaic water pump is done. Other parameters have also been considered such as the evapotranspiration, climatic parameters, sun hours, soil-type, crop characteristics and others too. For better designing of the water pump for irrigation this evaluation based on crop water requirement helps in maintaining the ground water table.

TL;DR: In this paper, the problem of two unequal semi-permeable cracks in arbitrarily polarized piezoelectromagnetic media was studied. But the authors focused on two-dimensional (2D) arbitrarily polarized media, where the electric and magnetic poling directions make the cracks unequal.
Abstract: The problem of two unequal semi-permeable cracks is analytically studied for two-dimensional (2D) arbitrarily polarized piezoelectromagnetic media. The electric and magnetic poling directions make ...
