Abstract: This paper contains the hybrid method for reduction of higher order. The proposed method uses the balanced truncation of time domain and mode selection method. The balanced truncation used for the reduction of numerator coefficient and the denominator part is reduced by the mode selection method. The obtained result is compared with the result available in the literature by using the step response characteristics as settling time, rise time, peak, peak time, settling max, and settling min of the system and response indices. The step response characteristics are compared with a reason that the reduced order must retain the important characteristics of the original order.

Abstract: Steganography is defined in terms of hidden or secret communication. It is hiding the presence of information or data from the unauthorized users. Therefore, we need a medium that hides the message or work as cover media for steganography. Many multimedia files such as Image, audio, video etc. are very frequently used for a cover medium in steganography. Other than these It Is also possible to use video games as the cover medium that makes a message more undetectable. In this paper reviews the game based steganography methods. The minesweeper video game is used as the cover medium. It is freely available online. We use Minesweeper game because of its availability and the hiding capacity.

Abstract: ECG signal provides a dynamic assessment of the cardiac activities. To analyze the ECG signal, some innovative ECG delineation techniques alongwith a few known techniques were used to provide the optimum strategy for marking of events. The techniques were applied on 125 records of CSE DS-3 database for calibration and subsequently, on the data acquired from no known-cardiac Cobra bitten patients under strict ethical protocol and medical supervision.

Abstract: In this paper, the Modified Cauer form (MCF) is considered to obtain a low-order model from a high-order model. It is based on continued fraction (CF) method and is being used to obtain low-order models. The Low-order model of a system gives easy analysis as compared to original high-order model. The efficient reduced order model always envisages the main properties of the original system. The step response is observed for the original system and that of the reduced model and compared in time domain. The step response information such as settling time, rise time, peak time and maximum peak value is compared to the original, and its reduced order model. It is observed that the reduced order model is almost following the step response of the original system.

Abstract: This paper presents an economic analysis of solar chimney power plant (SCPP) of 200 MW capacity in India by taking fifteen different sets of dimensions of chimney height and collector diameter, five sets each corresponding to collector efficiency of 33%, 50% and 65%. Quantity of different materials required and capital cost for construction of 200 MW solar chimney power plant is estimated. Based on capital cost, operation cost and maintenance cost, levelized electricity cost (LEC) for SCPP is calculated first for five sets corresponding to collector efficiency of 33% and calculations have been demonstrated. Calculations are repeated for collector efficiency values of 50% and 65%. Further, capital cost and LEC for different values of collector efficiency were compared.
