TL;DR: The boundary conditions of the formation of PbSe and concomitant impurity phases, Pb(OH)2 and PbCN2, were determined by calculation of the ionic equilibria in the Pb2+−Na3C5Н6О7−CH4N2Se system as mentioned in this paper.
Abstract: The boundary conditions of the formation of PbSe and concomitant impurity phases, Pb(OH)2 and PbCN2, were determined by calculation of the ionic equilibria in the Pb2+–Na3C5Н6О7–CH4N2Se system. Complex kinetic studies of the PbSe deposition from an ammonia–citrate mixture containing ascorbic acid as antioxidant for selenourea were performed. PbSe films 250 to 425 nm thick were synthesized by the hydrochemical method based on the results obtained. The absence of impurities in the deposited samples was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis.

TL;DR: Theorem 1 of the present paper establishes the solubility of the group G under the condition that A and B are soluble without using the classification of finite simple groups as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: such that |Hi : Hi−1| 2 X for all i. In this case, we use the notation H Xsn G . This chain is called an X-supernormal chain for the subgroup H. If X = P, then we get the notion of P-supernormality introduced in the paper [1] devoted to the investigation of the properties of finite groups with P-subnormal Sylow subgroups. The groups with P-subnormal 2-maximum subgroups and the groups with P-subnormal primary cyclic subgroups are described in [2]. If X = P2, then we get the notion of P2 -subnormality. Finite factorizable groups G = AB under the condition that A and B are P2 -subnormal in G were studied in [3]. In particular, Theorem 1 of the present paper establishes the solubility of the group G under the condition that A and B are soluble without using the classification of finite simple groups.

TL;DR: In this article, the electronic, optical, and lattice oscillatory properties of CdGa2Te4 have been studied experimentally using spectral ellipsometry, Raman scattering (R) and infrared (IR) spectroscopy, as well as theoretically using the density functional theory (DFT).
Abstract: The electronic, optical, and lattice oscillatory properties of CdGa2Te4 have been studied experimentally using spectral ellipsometry, Raman scattering (R) and infrared (IR) spectroscopy, as well as theoretically using the density functional theory (DFT). Eight Raman-active modes and twelve IR-active modes are detected and identified from consideration of the point symmetry group. Based on the analysis of the electronic spectrum and the density of energy states, the nature of the chemical bond in this semiconductor compound is determined. The theoretically calculated results are compared with the experimental data of the present work and with the results of experimental data available in the literature obtained by infrared spectroscopy and Raman scattering.

TL;DR: The proposed models and the solution methods modified in the present research make it possible to find both the configurations of the optimal-local accommodation of complex objects and the spatial shapes of objects.
Abstract: A significant growth in the volume of high-rise construction gives special relevance and urgency to the problem of safety of such facilities. Scientifically grounded plans of people’s evacuation, including all sorts of scenarios for people’s evacuation from buildings are developed for such structures. Scenarios include simulations of the motion of human flows along corridors, stairs, using elevators and mobile evacuation vehicles. An unresolved part of the problem is the problem of the rational choice and accommodation of people in stationary and mobile evacuation vehicles. The MIP model of the rational choice and accommodation of people in mobile vehicles of evacuation from buildings was developed. A particular case of the model – optimization of accommodation of people in the emergency evacuation vehicles according to the sequence of people’s arrival from the flow – was explored. The basic features of the model were analyzed: the model of the problem of mixed integer programming with piecewise continuous objective function. The specific features of the model allowed reasonable boiling down the problem to a sequence of sub-problems of accommodation the first objects (people) according to the sequence of their arrival and adapt each of them to the solution employing the multistart method with the application of artificial basis. A three-component model is considered as objects (of human bodies). The model is subject to restrictions that ensure the conditions for "gluing" the model's components into a single complex object. Continuous rotations of the model components with limitations to the turning angles are allowed. The proposed models and the solution methods modified in the present research make it possible to find both the configurations of the optimal-local accommodation of complex objects and the spatial shapes of objects.
