30 Nov 2016TL;DR: In this paper, a sonar device for detection of underwater objects is described, which consists of a body element (2) comprising a piezo electric element (3) and a holder (4) adapted to hold the piezo element.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a Sonar device (1) for detection of underwater objects. The sonar device (1) comprises a body element (2) comprising a piezo electric element (3). The sonar device further comprises a holder (4) adapted to hold the piezo electric element (3). The holder (4) is arranged to centre the piezo electric element (3) within said body element (2). The holder (4) is arranged such that the piezo electric element (3) is held firmly in place and also provide for that detection can be made omni-directionally. A method for manufacturing a holder (4) and a sonar device (1) is also disclosed.

09 May 2001TL;DR: In this paper, a transformer and change-over devices in the form of a pair of transistors are used for doubling a direct-current voltage, for example doubling +12 volt to 24 volt.
Abstract: A device is used for doubling a direct-current voltage, for example doubling +12 volt to 24 volt. The device comprises a transformer and change-over devices in the form of a pair of transistors. A direct-current voltage with a first value is connected to a central tap on the winding. The ends of the winding are connected to change-over devices which alternately bring about changes in potential of the said ends and thereby create direct-current voltage signals with the higher value by means of the transformer's counter electromotive force.

30 May 2007TL;DR: In this paper, a switch arrangement along the strip comprises a plurality of flexible membrane switches (2) connected to the decoding electronics (3) through the plurality of conductors provided along a strip for individual decoding of the binary status of each of the membrane switches.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for indicating the direction for rapid orientation of equipments, such as sights, periscopes and weapon barrels on a combat vehicle. The device comprises a flexible strip (1) connected to decoding electronics (3) and provided with a position dependent switch arrangement along the flexible strip. The decoding electronics communicate with the switch arrangement to identify the status of the switch arrangement. The invention provides for a non-complex and flexible device easy to adapt to the space where it is to be mounted. According to the invention the switch arrangement along the strip comprises a plurality of flexible membrane switches (2) connected to the decoding electronics (3) through a plurality of conductors provided along the strip for individual decoding of the binary status of each of the membrane switches.
