TL;DR: In this article, a collision avoidance system including a receiver configured to receive navigational data regarding intruding aerial vehicle and own aircraft is configured to store a plurality of predefined escape trajectories.
Abstract: A collision avoidance system including a receiver configured to receive navigational data regarding intruding aerial vehicle and own aircraft. Storage is configured to store a plurality of predefined escape trajectories. A processor is configured to compare at least a subset of the predefined escape trajectories with a presumed trajectory of the intruding aerial vehicle and to select one of the predefined escape trajectories based on the comparison. The predefined escape trajectories are pre-simulated, wherein each escape trajectory is associated to a set of navigational data and to an escape maneuver direction.

TL;DR: In this article, an aircraft anti-icing system including a valve arrangement having a valve member arranged to influence the secondary fluid inlet so as to adjust the amount of gas entering the mixing chamber from the secondary liquid inlet and a temperature-dependent regulator connected to the valve arrangement for controlling the position of the valve member and thereby the number of gas coming from the SFL inlet in dependence upon the temperature of the gas flowing through the primary fluid or the fluid outlet.
Abstract: A device including a primary fluid inlet, a secondary fluid inlet, a mixing chamber connected to the primary fluid inlet via en ejector nozzle and to the secondary fluid inlet, a fluid outlet connected to the mixing chamber for outflow of gas from the mixing a chamber, a valve arrangement having a valve member arranged to influence the secondary fluid inlet so as to adjust the amount of gas entering the mixing chamber from the secondary fluid inlet and a a temperature-dependent regulator connected to the valve arrangement for controlling the position of the valve member and thereby the amount of gas entering the mixing chamber from the secondary fluid inlet in dependence upon the temperature of the gas flowing through the primary fluid inlet or the fluid outlet. An aircraft anti-icing system including such a device and the use thereof.

TL;DR: In this article, a nano-reinforced radius filler is used to fill the gap between the radius filler and the structural composite parts of an aircraft. But this filler is made structural by a nanostructure (23) arranged within the composite radius filler.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite radius filler for use in an aircraft structure (2), which comprises structural composite parts (7) assembled together to form the aircraft structure (2). The composite radius filler (3) is arranged between rounded sections (5', 5") of the structural composite parts (7) for filling a gap (4) formed between the structural composite parts (7). The composite radius filler (3) is made structural by a nanostructure (23) arranged within the composite radius filler (3) for the reinforcement of the interface between the radius filler (3) and the structural composite part (7). The invention also relates to a method for producing an aircraft structure comprising said nano-reinforced radius filler.

TL;DR: In this paper, a wind turbine blade comprising an outer surface (11), which serves as an aerodynamic surface when the blade is subjected for an air stream (a), the blade (3, 31, 16) comprises a resin matrix made of a laminate of at least one ply (P1), which comprises said outer surface.
Abstract: The invention regards a wind turbine blade comprising an outer surface (11), which serves as an aerodynamic surface when the blade (3, 3', 16) is subjected for an air stream (a), the blade (3, 31, 16) comprises a resin matrix made of a laminate (5) of at least one ply (P1), which comprises said outer surface (11). The outer ply (P1) comprises a nano structure (13) embedded therein in such way that the filaments (13', 13", 13'", 13"") of the nano structure in the ply (P 1) essentially have the same angular orientation relative the plane (P) of the outer surface (11 ).

TL;DR: In this article, a method and an arrangement for indicating that a target (1) such as a vehicle, has been hit is presented. But it does not consider the effect of the shape of the target.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for indicating that a target (1), such as a vehicle, has been hit. The target is provided with information on the weapon action, and a light source indicates a hit. The information can be made available by direct electromagnetic transmission, for example via radio, or by means of one or more strips (9-11) with detectors (13) being arranged on the target (1). In the latter case, the detectors detect incident illuminating electromagnetic radiation, and a light source indicates a hit when the incident radiation satisfies defined detection criteria. According to the invention, the light source is mounted directly in one or more strips (12) which in the present case can be the same as the detector strips and consist of distributed light points preferably in the form of light-emitting diodes (14). In this way, a protected and integrated solution is obtained which has little effect on the shape of the target.
