24 Mar 2009TL;DR: In this paper, the received wide-band radar returns are undersampled by using a first sampling rate to obtain an under-sampled digital wideband radar waveform, and spectral processing is performed on the power spectrum of the undersampled power spectrum in order to obtain a discrete ripple frequency power spectrum.
Abstract: A method for processing received radar returns of a radiated wide-band arbitrary waveform in a wide-band radar processing system using spectral processing. The received wide-band radar returns are undersampled by using a first sampling rate to obtain an undersampled digital wide-band radar waveform. Spectral processing is performed on the power spectrum of the undersampled digital wide-band radar waveform in order to obtain a discrete ripple frequency power spectrum of the undersampled digital wide-band radar waveform. Ripple frequencies indicating radar targets are located in the discrete ripple frequency power spectrum of the undersampled digital wide-band radar waveform. A radar receiver, a digital wide-band radar processing system and a computer program product.

04 Jul 2007TL;DR: In this article, an arrangement consisting of an image generating unit (204) and a processing unit (206) is described, in which a navigation unit (205) is arranged to output time recorded navigation states related to the image generator, and in which the processing unit, for each time recorded image to be stereo processed, associate the navigation states relating to a corresponding time record.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an arrangement (201) and a method for providing a three dimensional map representation of an area. The arrangement comprises an image generating unit (204) and a processing unit (206). The image generating unit (204) is arranged to generate time recorded images. The image generating unit (204) is arranged to provide a plurality of at least partly overlapping images each covering at least a part of said area. The processing unit (206) is arranged to stereo process an arbitrary number of at least partly overlapping image sets generated by said image generating unit so as to provide said three dimensional map representation. The arrangement is characterized in that a navigation unit (205) is arranged to output time recorded navigation states related to the image generating unit (204), and in that the processing unit (206) is arranged to, for each time recorded image to be stereo processed, associate the navigation states relating to a corresponding time record.

TL;DR: It is found that not only is there indeed a correlation between the size and composition of a development organization and its tendency to integrate continuously; there is evidence that the size of the organization influences ways of working, which in turn correlate with the degree of continuity, raising the question of software manufacturability.
