TL;DR: In this article, a TDOA-locating of an unknown emitter of RF-Signals is presented, where the sensor devices operate in an only roughly synchronized mode without a precis synchronisation by an exact timing reference.
Abstract: A method and a system for TDOA-locating of an unknown emitter of RF-Signals are provided, wherein the sensor devices operate in an only roughly synchronized mode without a precis synchronisation by an exact timing reference. The only roughly synchronized mode of operation causes location offsets in the measurement results. For compensation of these offsets a reference emitter with a precisely known location is chosen. The location of the reference emitter is measured in the only roughly synchronized mode of operation. The measurement results are are compared with the known position of the reference emitter, and the location offsets are obtained. These now known location offsets are used to correct the measurement results of unknown emitters in the same measurement session.

TL;DR: An estimator to infer parameters from radar measurements is presented, applicable for further detection and localisation of unmanned aircraft systems and a maximum-likelihood based objective function is derived.
Abstract: An estimator to infer parameters from radar measurements is presented, applicable for further detection and localisation of unmanned aircraft systems. The problem of parameter estimation is presented as an inverse problem, necessitating a model of the measurement data. Based on the data model, a maximum-likelihood based objective function is derived. The objective function is minimised by a framework similar to the RIMAX framework, including joint parameter and model order estimation. A SIMO radar system is presented and employed to test and demonstrate the estimators capability in simulations as well as test measurements with flying UASs.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors described an arrangement for seat is intended to be installed in the back of a seat to massage a person sitting in the seat, and the arrangement comprises two identical pulsating elements (5) to be disposed in recesses in a seat cushioning material.
Abstract: L'agencement pour siege decrit est destine a etre installe dans le dossier d'un siege afin de masser le dos d'une personne assise dans le siege. The described arrangement for seat is intended to be installed in the back of a seat to massage the back of a person sitting in the seat. Cet agencement comprend deux organes pulsatoires identiques (5) destines a etre disposes dans des evidements menages dans le materiau de rembourrage du siege. This arrangement comprises two identical pulsating elements (5) to be disposed in recesses in the seat cushioning material. Chaque organe pulsatoire (5) comprend un moteur d'entrainement electrique (11) servant a entrainer un certain nombre d'elements de massage (29-32). Each pulse element (5) comprises an electric drive motor (11) for driving a number of massaging elements (29-32). Les moteurs d'entrainement (11) sont connectes a un systeme de commande electrique commun qui, pendant un cycle de travail limite dans le temps, fournit par intermittence une tension aux moteurs d'entrainement (11). The drive motors (11) are connected to a common electric control system which, for a limited duty cycle over time, provides a voltage intermittently to the drive motors (11).

TL;DR: In this paper, the retractable top of an open automobile is shown to be turnable relative to the other side rods in a vertical plane, and an operating rod is arranged to cause the turning of the first side rod relative to second side rod in connection with the processes of stretching the top mechanism over and folding it up.
Abstract: A mechanism for the retractable top of an open automobile, comprising a plurality of frame elements (1,2) pivoted one after the other to be turnable relative to each other, the frame elements (1,2) comprising a first frame element (1) which is the foremost frame element on the free end of the top and a second frame element (2) which is the frame element adjacent to the first frame element. The first frame element (1) comprises a pair of first side rods (51), which are substantially longitudinal to the vehicle, and the second frame element (2) comprising a pair of second side rods (52), which are substantially longitudinal to the vehicle, and the side rods (51,52) being disposed to be turnable relative to each other in a vertical plane. The top mechanism further comprises an operating rod (7) arranged to cause the turning of the first side rod relative to the second side rod in connection with the processes of stretching the top mechanism over and of folding it up. The first side rod (51) and the second side rod (52) are connected to each other by means of a quadrangular linkage composed of two crank levers (8,9) of different lengths, and that the operating rod (7) is turnably pivoted to a crank lever (8), whereby the first side rod is turnable in completely controlled manner relative to the second side rod, throughout the turning movement.
