TL;DR: In this article, a vertical nano-sized transistor using carbon nanotubes capable of achieving high-density integration, that is, tera-bit scale integration, and a manufacturing method thereof, was presented.
Abstract: The present invention provide a vertical nano-sized transistor using carbon nanotubes capable of achieving high-density integration, that is, tera-bit scale integration, and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein in the vertical nano-sized transistor using carbon nanotubes, holes having diameters of several nanometers are formed in an insulating layer and are spaced at intervals of several nanometers. Carbon nanotubes are vertically aligned in the nano-sized holes by chemical vapor deposition, electrophoresis or mechanical compression to be used as channels. A gate is formed in the vicinity of the carbon nanotubes using an ordinary semiconductor manufacturing method, and then a source and a drain are formed at lower and upper parts of each of the carbon nanotubes thereby fabricating the vertical nano-sized transistor having an electrically switching characteristic.

TL;DR: The proposed MobiCloud framework enhances the operation of the ad hoc network itself by treating mobile devices as service nodes and will enhance communication by addressing trust management, secure routing, and risk management issues in the network.
Abstract: Cloud services can greatly enhance the computing capability of mobile devices. Mobile users can rely on the cloud to perform computationally intensive operations such as searching, data mining, and multimedia processing. In this paper, we propose a new mobile cloud framework called MobiCloud. In addition to providing traditional computation services, MobiCloud also enhances the operation of the ad hoc network itself by treating mobile devices as service nodes. The MobiCloud framework will enhance communication by addressing trust management, secure routing, and risk management issues in the network. A new class of applications can be developed using the enhanced processing power and connectivity provided by MobiCloud. Open research issues for MobiCloud are also discussed to outline future research directions.

TL;DR: In this article, an apparatus and method for executing a voice command in an electronic device is described. But it does not specify how to execute the voice command without physically touching the electronic device.
Abstract: An apparatus and method for executing a voice command in an electronic device. In an exemplary embodiment, a voice signal is detected and speech thereof is recognized. When the recognized speech contains a wakeup command, a voice command mode is activated, and a signal containing at least a portion of the detected voice signal is transmitted to a server. The server generates a control signal or a result signal corresponding to the voice command, and transmits the same to the electronic device. The device receives and processes the control or result signal, and awakens. Thereby, voice commands are executed without the need for the user to physically touch the electronic device.
