TL;DR: In this paper, the design and analysis of vertical gate MOSFET is presented for the first time, and the functionality of VGMOSFet is found to lie within close proximity to the guidelines of 2013 edition of International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors or ITRS.
Abstract: Abstract For the first time, design, and analysis of vertical gate MOSFET is presented in this paper. This structure consumes significant less area compared to conventional horizontal gate-oxide bulk MOSFET for 7 nm technology generation and onwards. This simple structure also wave offs all complicated fabrication steps needed for formation of gate spacer. The functionality of vertical gate MOSFET or VGMOSFET is found to lie within close proximity to the guidelines of 2013 edition of International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors or ITRS. All simulation works are done by Sentaurus TCAD software.

TL;DR: In this proposed study first web site pages data are pre-processed and find text weight using TFIDF, after that using feature tag weighting calculation, frequent and important tags will find; then on the basis of text weight and tags weight, web document will classify.
Abstract: There are various ways of web page classification but they take higher time to compute with lesser accuracy. Hence, there is a need to invent an efficient algorithm in order to reduce time and increase web page classification result. It is generally find that a few tags like title can contain the principle substance of text, and these patterns may have an impact on the adequacy of text classification. Although, the most widely recognized text weighting calculations, called term frequency inverse documents frequency (TF-IDF) doesn’t consider the structure of website pages. To take care of this issue, another feature tags weighting calculation is put in advanced. It thinks about the web page structure data like title, Meta tags, head etc. also content the useful information. In this proposed study first web site pages data are pre-processed and find text weight using TFIDF, after that using feature tag weighting calculation, frequent and important tags will find; then on the basis of text weight and tags weight, web document will classify.

TL;DR: From the MATLAB simulation, it has been shown that the proposed methodology improves the network performance in terms of dead nodes, energy and the various packets sent to Base Station.
Abstract: Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) most popular area of research where lots of work done are in this field. Energy efficiency is one of the most focusing areas because the lifetime of the network is the most common issue. Many algorithms work for cluster and these algorithms form cluster either distance or neighbor node. In our study, we focus on node deployment approach and after that, we focus on routing algorithm. In the Wireless Sensor Network, the node placement is the essential part for the proper communication between the sensor nodes and Base Station (BS). For better communication nodes should be aware of their own or neighbor node’s location. Better optimization of resources and performance improvement are the main concern for the Wireless Sensor Network. Optimal techniques should be utilized to place the nodes at the best possible locations for achieving the desired goal. For node placement, flower pollination optimization is used to generate the better result. Base Station is responsible for the communication of nodes with each other and it should be reachable to nodes. For this Region of Interest (RoI) is helpful to choose the best location. Placement of Base Station in the middle is the suitable place for the static nodes deployment and there should be another strategy for the dynamic environment. Nodes should be connected to each other for the transmission of data from the source to Base Station properly. From the MATLAB simulation, it has been shown that the proposed methodology improves the network performance in terms of dead nodes, energy and the various packets sent to Base Station.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed a signal processing methodology that identifies the presence of inner race defect from bearing vibration signal subjected high background noise using a simulated vibration signal with low signal to noise ratio.
Abstract: Vibration signal of a defective bearing carries fault related information. The aim of this paper is to develop a signal processing methodology that identifies the presence of defect from bearing vibration signal subjected high background noise. A simulated vibration signal considering inner race defect in a deep groove ball bearing with low signal to noise ratio has been generated and investigated. A technique involving CWT of vibration signal and post-processing though FFT has been adopted to analyze the signal. Results show that proposed methodology can yield the presence of inner race defect prominently from a noisy vibration signal.

TL;DR: This chapter presents an outline and a deep review of recent decades on the various issues related to infiltration of doubly fed Induction generator in wing generation system and many control strategy were proposed by the researchers discuss.
Abstract: Wind energy is the form of sun energy. Flow of wind is not uniform all time. For conversion of wind energy into electrical energy synchronous generator were used. Synchronous generator used for the constant speed of power generation. So using synchronous generator for irregular wind energy conversion in electrical energy is not efficient. Due to such disadvantages of fixed speed generator, recent days variable speed generator using called doubly fed induction generators. This asynchronous generator has many advantages over fixed speed generator system. An asynchronous based turbine has a capacity to convert the wind energy into maximum electrical energy with changing and customizable speed. It is also having the capacity to control active and reactive power with the help of power electronics converter. When operating the doubly fed induction generator, generating system controlling and handling the plant for smooth and efficient operation is challenging task. Many control strategy were proposed by the researchers discuss in this chapter. This chapter presents an outline and a deep review of recent decades on the various issues related to infiltration of doubly fed Induction generator in wing generation system. Also discuss various problem associated in the proposed techniques and what the improvement required for future work.
