TL;DR: In this article, a blend of Face, Fingerprint and Palm print is proposed in which the outcomes are computed in view of EER (Error Estimation Rate) and GAR (Genuine Acceptance Rate).
Abstract: Biometrics has been a rising field of research in the present years and was concerned by using physical characteristics, for instance, those in light of iris or retinal looking at, stand up to affirmation, fingerprints, or voices of individuals to be recognized. Applying low assurance devices palm print is adequately got moreover it is specific, diverged from distinctive systems, for instance, one of a kind finger impression or iris palm print has favored and furthermore it fuses additional features, for instance, basic lines. In this paper a blend of Face , Fingerprint and Palm print is proposed in which the outcomes are computed in view of EER (Error Estimation Rate) and GAR (Genuine Acceptance Rate).

TL;DR: In this article, an intensive survey was conducted among scientists, academicians, farmers, and government officials regarding the know-how of present policies and schemes for the different applications of solar energy in Rajasthan state India.
Abstract: Energy plays an important role in the monetary and social expansion of any country. However, there used to be a general deficiency of rural energy development policies that focuses on agriculture. Agriculture has a dual role, i.e. it acts as an energy user in crops as well as an energy supplier in solar electricity generation. Rajasthan, the largest state of India, is blessed with the highest solar insolation. However, solar energy has not been fulfilled yet, predominantly in the field of the agricultural sector, where irrigation is still being done by outdated conventional methods. This paper focuses on the development of strategies to enhance solar energy use in the agriculture sector of Rajasthan state India. An intensive survey was being conducted among scientists, academicians, farmers, and government officials regarding the know-how of present policies and schemes for the different applications of solar energy in Rajasthan state India. The survey reveals that not only the farmers and rural persons but the intellectual world is also unaware of the different policies of solar program prevailing in the state. Based on the survey, various strategies have been suggested to accelerate the solar program among the rural and agriculture sectors of Rajasthan state India.

TL;DR: A novel technique for static index pruning based on document relevance with chi square scoring is presented, which increases the Precision for pruning level 60 and above for the top-30 documents retrieval.
Abstract: In this study, a novel technique for static index pruning based on document relevance with chi square scoring is presented. The term presents in the document are score using the chi-square statistical method. It takes into account the term's occurrences and the expected frequency in the document. The expected frequency is estimated by the term's entropy and the dispersion value of the document. During the computation of document score, the associated terms are averaged by their chi-square based score. The performance of the proposed algorithm is tested on the FIRE 2010 dataset. Experimental results show that the proposed approach increases the Precision for pruning level 60 and above for the top-30 documents retrieval.
