TL;DR: An interpretation of Territorial intelligence Market in France is presented with help of a comparison between Territorial Intelligence Devices and consulting company services in domain of Economic intelligence or Knowledge Management.
Abstract: Generaly Territorial Intelligence is understood with a geographic referent. In this paper, we try to propose another alternative. It considers Territory as an intellectual construction which has a sense only in relation with others territories. These can be connected with it, affected it or superposed. In this manner, we present an interpretation of Territorial Intelligence Market in France with help of a comparison between Territorial Intelligence Devices and consulting company services in domain of Economic intelligence or Knowledge Management.

TL;DR: Annotation model for information exchange (AMIE) as mentioned in this paper was conceived with the objective of information sharing and reuse for information research for decision making, which can assist users in their bid to resolve a decisional problem.
Abstract: The objective of most users for consulting any information database, information warehouse or the internet is to resolve one problem or the other. Available online or offline annotation tools were not conceived with the objective of assisting users in their bid to resolve a decisional problem. Apart from the objective and usage of annotation tools, how these tools are conceived and classified has implication on their usage. Several criteria have been used to categorize annotation concepts. Typically annotation are conceived based on how it affect the organization of document been considered for annotation or the organization of the resulting annotation. Our approach is annotation that will assist in information research for decision making. Annotation model for information exchange (AMIE) was conceived with the objective of information sharing and reuse.

TL;DR: An annotation model AMIESDev (Annotation Model for Information Exchange Software Development) is proposed to assist in evaluation of students' contribution in a collaborative work.
Abstract: While team work is an indispensable experience for computer science students, evaluating their performance in a project becomes a great challenge for the instructors. The basic assumption in a collaborative work is that each member of the collaboration has something to contribute. It is assumed that no member of the team is non functional. But how do we measure the contribution of each member of the team? An effective documentation tool is helpful. In this paper, we discuss why we need such a tool through a case of an open source software-based project in a computer science course. We then propose an annotation model AMIESDev (Annotation Model for Information Exchange Software Development) to assist in evaluation of students' contribution in a collaborative work. The model can also be used to monitor the progress in the work.
