05 Jun 2002TL;DR: An electronic commercial transaction support method capable of smoothly and safely performing electronic commercial transactions on a communication network and an ECS server for realizing it are disclosed in this article. But the system is not suitable for the use of credit limit data.
Abstract: An electronic commercial transaction support method capable of smoothly and safely performing an electronic commercial transaction on a communication network and an electronic commercial transaction support server for realizing it are disclosed. The system for the electronic commercial transaction support method includes a communication terminal (2) of commodity purchase desirer side connected to a virtual store (40) on the communication network and requesting for a commodity purchase by a credit card, an electronic commercial transaction server (46) installed in the virtual store (40) for deciding whether to establish an electronic commercial transaction according to a credit check of the credit card, and an electronic commercial transaction support server (44) which requests, via the communication network (32), the communication terminal (2) to transmit unique number data in an IC card (10) and converts the received unique number data into a credit card number so as to create credit limit data and transmit credit-enabled/disabled data to the electronic commercial transaction server (46).

07 Aug 2014TL;DR: A display unit comprising an organic layer between a lightemitting section portion of a first electrode layer and a light-emitting portion portion of the second electrode layer is shown in this paper.
Abstract: A display unit comprising an organic layer between a light-emitting section portion of a first electrode layer and a light-emitting section portion of a second electrode layer. Light is emissible from within the organic layer. An aperture-defining insulating film is between a contact section of the first electrode layer and a gap section portion of the second electrode layer. The thickness of the gap section portion of the second electrode layer is greater than the thickness of the light-emitting section portion of the second electrode layer.

30 Aug 2001TL;DR: In this paper, a template from a person identification certificate created by a third-party agency is used to authenticate a person. But, the person identification authority deletes and changes the persons identification certificate and performs registration, addition, deletion, invalidation process, and re-validation process of the template stored in the certificate.
Abstract: A person authentication system includes a person identification authority. In the system, a service provider, a user device, or the like performs person authentication by acquiring a template from a person identification certificate created by the person identification authority, which is a third-party agency. The person identification authority identifies a person who requests issue of the person identification certificate, creates and registers the person identification certificate. Furthermore, the person identification authority deletes and changes the person identification certificate and performs registration, addition, deletion, invalidation process, and re-validation process of the template stored in the person identification certificate.
