TL;DR: In this paper, a robot system where a plurality of robot apparatus act autonomously, each robot apparatus has wireless communication means, and when the robot apparatus make conversation between themselves, the contents of the conversation are transmitted to and received by the robot arm as a command and/or a semantics through the wireless communication of both.
Abstract: The present invention aims to provide an improved entertainment property. In a robot system where a plurality of robot apparatus act autonomously, each robot apparatus has wireless communication means, and when the robot apparatus make conversation between themselves, the contents of the conversation are transmitted to and received by the robot apparatus as a command and/or a semantics through the wireless communication means of both.

TL;DR: In this article, a polycrystalline silicon thin film is formed on a substrate, and the amorphous silicon layer is irradiated with laser light of an excimer laser energy density of 100 mJ/cm2 to 500 mJ /cm2, with a pulse width of 80 ns to 200 ns, and a total energy of 5 J, preferably at least 10 J.
Abstract: A method of forming a polycrystalline silicon thin film improved in crystallinity and a channel of a transistor superior in electrical characteristics by the use of such a polycrystalline silicon thin film. An amorphous silicon layer of a thickness preferably of 30 nm to 50 nm is formed on a substrate. Next, substrate heating is performed to set the amorphous silicon layer to preferably 350° C. to 500° C., more preferably 350° C. to 450° C. Then, at least the amorphous silicon layer is irradiated with laser light of an excimer laser energy density of 100 mJ/cm2 to 500 mJ/cm2, preferably 280 mJ/cm2 to 330 mJ/cm2, and a pulse width of 80 ns to 200 ns, preferably 140 ns to 200 ns, so as to directly anneal the amorphous silicon layer and form a polycrystalline silicon thin film. The total energy of the laser used for the irradiation of excimer laser light is at least 5 J, preferably at least 10 J.

TL;DR: In this paper, a controller unit for controlling an electronic device such as a video game is described, which consists of a housing with a pair of handles diverging toward a user and gripped by the palms of the user.
Abstract: A controller unit for controlling an electronic device such as a video game. The controller unit comprises a housing with a pair of handles diverging toward a user and gripped by the palms of the user, first and second control sections arranged on the top of the housing and each including a plurality of key elements, and third and fourth control sections arranged on the front side of the housing and each including upper and lower key elements. The first control section comprises a key body having a first semispherical recess on its bottom and a second semispherical recess on its top, a spherical fulcrum member located below the key body and engageable with the first recess, a base plate mounted in the housing and including fixed contacts, a resilient body disposed between the key body and the base plate and including movable contacts, and a key support centrally located at the key body and having a semispherical projection engageable with the second recess.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present methods, apparatuses, and systems for use in controlling the display of information relative to the playback of programming content and displaying programming guide data.
Abstract: The present embodiments provide methods, apparatuses, and systems for use in controlling the display of information relative to the playback of programming content and displaying programming guide data. Some embodiments provide a method for use in controlling the display of an electronic programming guide. The method receives programming guide data, determines whether the guide data is to be filtered, filters the guide data to replace at least a first title with a generic title, determines whether limits are to be applied to the guide data, applies the limits to the programming guide data by replacing at least a second title with the generic title, and displays a programming guide according to programming guide data as filtered and as limited. Some embodiments further display progress bars for one or more active applications. Trick commands can be implemented by applications by selecting one or more of the displayed progress bars.

TL;DR: In this paper, an artist reading group, an album reading group and a content reading group are displayed on a display screen, with images representing contents of corresponding files or folders attached thereto.
Abstract: Files and folders in the form of hierarchy can be confirmed visually easily to enhance the operability of search or content confirmation. An artist reading group 101 , an album reading group 102 , and a content (each music within an album) reading group 103 are displayed on a display screen. The groups 101 to 103 are displayed so as to form a three-dimensional body, for example, a side (polygonal side) of a polygonal column by a panel 101 a or the like having images representative of contents of corresponding files or folders attached thereto.
