Abstract: A novel potentiometric immunosensor for detection of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) has been developed by means of self-assembly (SA) and opposite-charged adsorption (OCA) techniques to immobilize hepatitis B surface antibody (HBsAb) on a platinum electrode. A cleaned platinum electrode was first pretreated in the presence of 10% HNO3 and 2.5% K2CrO4 solution and held at -1.5 V (vs SCE) for 1 min to make it negatively charged and then immersed in a mixing solution containing hepatitis B surface antibody, colloidal gold (Au), and polyvinyl butyral (PVB). Finally, HBsAb was successfully immobilized onto the surface of the negatively charged platinum electrode modified nanosized gold and PVB sol-gel matrixes. The modified procedure was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The immobilized hepatitis B surface antibody exhibited direct electrochemical behavior toward hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg). The performance and factors influencing the performance of the resulting immunosensor were studied in detail. More than 95.7% of the results of the human serum samples obtained by this method were in agreement with those obtained by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs). The resulting immunosensor exhibited fast potentiometric response ( 6 months).

Abstract: Due to the exterior pressure from accession into WTO,interior tension of increasingly sever unemployment and the pop-ulation of under-privilege causing by transitional economy,the social risks grow to a large extent with each passing day.Howev-er,the existing framework of social security proves fragile to over-come the social problems and therefore,the reform of social se-curity has to center on the structural innovation,namely,strengthening the social relief for the sake of an accelerated.Meanwhile,the transition of social security should integrate the reform of SOE's property rights with that of extensive social in-surance.Besides,state-owned assets can be appropriately real-ized so as to reinforce Pension funds.Social insurance needs to advocate systematic compulsory Supplementary Pension Schemes.

Abstract: A novel solvent polymeric membrane electrode based on bis(1,3,4-thiadiazole) complexes of Hg(II) is described which has excellent selectivity and sensitivity toward iodide ion The electrode, containing 1,4-bis(5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-yl-thio)butanemercury(II) [Hg(II)BMTB(NO3)4], has a Nernstian potentiometric response from 20×10−8 to 20×10−2 mol L−1 with a detection limit of 80×10−9 mol L−1 and a slope of −590±05 mV/decade in 001 mol L−1 phosphate buffer solution (pH 30, 20°C) The selectivity sequence observed is iodide>bromide>thiocyanate>nitrite>nitrate>chloride>perchlorate>acetate>sulfate The selectivity behavior is discussed in terms of the UV–Vis spectrum, and the process of transfer of iodide across the membrane interface is investigated by use of the AC impedance technique The electrode was successfully applied to the determination of iodide in Jialing River and Spring in Jinyun Mountains, with satisfactory results

Abstract: Side-effects of communication channel seriously impair practical performance of chaos-based communication systems. This paper addresses the issues of blind equalization for chaos-based communication systems. The starting point of this paper is to make use of the Unscented Transform (UT) and the modeling technique for signal, and a blind equalization algorithm is then proposed. It indicates by computer simulation that this algorithm can effectively reduce various distortions and noise in channel. In comparison with the EKF-based algorithm, UT-based algorithm has faster convergence speed and better equalization performance, when channel is with low signal to noise ratio (SNR).

Abstract: The van der Pol equation with a distributed time delay and a strong kernel is analyzed. Its linear stability is investigated by employing the generalized Nyquist stability and Routh-Hurwitz criteria. Moreover, local asymptotic stability conditions are also derived in the case of the strong kernel. By using the mean time delay as a bifurcation parameter, the model is found to undergo a sequence of Hopf bifurcations. The direction and the stability criteria of the bifurcating periodic solutions are obtained by the graphical Hopf bifurcation theory. Some numerical simulation examples for justifying the theoretical analysis are also given.

Abstract: Firstly, natural disaster insurance risk is divided into disaster danger disposition and disaster loss disposition assessment. Natural disaster insurance risk regions are partitioned by provinces, cities and self-governing areas. Geologic disaster, earthquake, flood, typhoon are chosen to be the models for the comprehensive danger disposition assessment. Natural disaster's loss disposition assessment has two levels, the first is economic loss disposition and social loss disposition assessment, the former is judged by the risk region's GDP and capital assert investment, and the latter is depended on the people's density of the risk region; the second level is natural disaster loss disposition assessment which bases on the first one. Then natural disaster insurance risk degree is comprehensively assessed by the natural disaster's comprehensive danger degree and loss degree. At last, every region's natural disaster insurance risk degree can be concluded from the assessed result and then the regionalization map of China is drawn.

Abstract: A new technology for recording information based on the discreet spectrum of the intramolecular bond energies in water is described. For the latter the existence of a space net of bonded with H-bonds molecules with approximate tetrahedral symmetry is supposed. The discrete character of the water energy spectrum is proved by the measurement of the surface tension variations of evaporating water drops. Using the Shannon's formula, a new term information spectrum of water is introduced, in which the information related to one pair of water molecules as a function of the discrete values of the intramolecular bond energies is represented. The experimental results showing why this information spectrum as a method registered the weak physical and chemical influences on the water are represented.
