TL;DR: This paper develops a distributed iteration algorithm for power allocation, power splitting and relay selection to solve the non-convex optimization problem of SWIPT in clustered wireless sensor networks and finds that power splitting ratio plays an imperative role in relay selection.
Abstract: This paper considers applying simultaneous wireless information and power transfer (SWIPT) technique to cooperative clustered wireless sensor networks, where energy-constrained relay nodes harvest the ambient radio-frequency (RF) signal and use the harvested energy to forward the packets from sources to destinations. To this end, we first formulate the energy-efficient cooperative transmission (eCotrans) problem for SWIPT in clustered wireless sensor networks as a non-convex constrained optimization problem. Then, by exploiting fractional programming and dual decomposition, we develop a distributed iteration algorithm for power allocation, power splitting and relay selection to solve the non-convex optimization problem. We find that power splitting ratio plays an imperative role in relay selection. Our simulation results illustrate that the proposed algorithm can converge within a few iterations and the numerical analysis provides practical insights into the effect of various system parameters, such as the number of relay nodes, the inter-cluster distance and the maximum transmission power allowance, on energy efficiency and average harvested power.

TL;DR: This review scientifically reviewed the new progress of azole derivatives as antibacterial, antifungal, antitubercular and antiviral agents, including mono-nitrogen azoles (oxazoles, thiazoles and carbazoles), bis-nitrogens azoles and tri-nitrozoles (triazoles and benzotriazoles) as well as tetrazole derivatives.
Abstract: The increasing incidence of microbial resistance and newly emerging pathogens have become a serious challenge for public health. More and more efforts have been directed to the development of new antimicrobial agents with distinct mechanisms from the well-known classes of clinical drugs. The extensive clinical utilization of azole-based medicinal drugs has evoked numerous attentions, and their researches and developments have been a quite rapid developing and active highlight topic with an infinite space. Consideration of our researches on azole compounds and other literature in recent three years, this review scientifically reviewed the new progress of azole derivatives as antibacterial, antifungal, antitubercular and antiviral agents, including mono-nitrogen azoles (oxazoles, thiazoles and carbazoles), bis-nitrogen azoles (imidazoles, pyrazoles and benzimidazoles) and tri-nitrogen azoles (triazoles and benzotriazoles) as well as tetrazole derivatives. It was hoped that this review would be helpful for the design and development of highly efficient azole derivatives with high bioactivity and low toxicity.

TL;DR: The experimental results showed that the target compound could be removed efficiently from solution over a wide pH range from 3 to 10 in the presence of PBMNPs as peroxidase-like catalyst and H(2)O(3) as oxidant and they could be readily separated from solution by applying an external magnetic field.
