TL;DR: Investigation of their mechanical properties revealed that incorporation of the high aspect ratio montmorillonite sheets into the matrix significantly enhanced the polymer stiffness without sacrificing its ductility.

TL;DR: The construction of trigonometrically fitted two step hybrid methods for the numerical solution of second-order initial value problems is considered and the coefficients of the modified methods are derived for the general case of s stages.

TL;DR: In this article, general conditions for an m-stage Runge-Kutta-Nystrom fitting to exponential and trigonometric functions are presented for an 8th order Runge Kutta Nystrom method with constant coefficients.
Abstract: General conditions are presented for an m-stage Runge–Kutta–Nystrom fitting to exponential and trigonometric functions. As an example an 8th order Runge–Kutta–Nystrom method is constructed. Numerical results on the numerical solution of the Schrodinger equation and related problems indicate that the new method is more accurate than the classical one (we call classical Runge–Kutta–Nystrom method the corresponding method with constant coefficients).
