TL;DR: The objective of this paper is to develop some correlation coefficients for T-spherical fuzzy sets due to the non-applicability of correlations of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and picture fuzzy sets in some certain circumstances.
Abstract: The framework of T-spherical fuzzy set is a generalization of fuzzy set, intuitionistic fuzzy set and picture fuzzy set having a great potential of dealing with uncertain events with no limitation. A T-spherical fuzzy framework can deal with phenomena of more than yes or no type; for example, consider the scenario of voting where one’s voting interest is not limited to “in favor’’ or “against’’ rather there could be some sort of abstinence or refusal degree also. The objective of this paper is to develop some correlation coefficients for T-spherical fuzzy sets due to the non-applicability of correlations of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and picture fuzzy sets in some certain circumstances. The fitness of new correlation coefficients has been discussed, and their generalization is studied with the help of some results. Clustering and multi-attribute decision-making algorithms have been proposed in the environment of T-spherical fuzzy sets. To demonstrate the viability of proposed algorithms and correlation coefficients, two real-life problems including a clustering problem and a multi-attribute decision-making problem have been solved. A comparative study of the newly presented and pre-existing literature is established showing the superiority of proposed work over the existing theory. Some advantages of new correlation coefficients and drawbacks of the pre-existing work are demonstrated with the help of numerical examples.

TL;DR: The effectiveness of microbially induced calcium carbonate precipitation (MICCP) in improving durability of cementitious building materials, restoration of stone monuments and soil bioclogging is discussed and recommendations to employ the MICCP technology at commercial scale and reduction in the cost of application are provided.
Abstract: Concrete is the most widely used construction material of the world and maintaining concrete structures from premature deterioration is proving to be a great challenge. Early age formation of micro-cracking in concrete structure severely affects the serviceability leading to high cost of maintenance. Apart from conventional methods of repairing cracks with sealants or treating the concrete with adhesive chemicals to prevent the cracks from widening, a microbial crack-healing approach has shown promising results. The unique feature of the microbial system is that it enables self-healing of concrete. The effectiveness of microbially induced calcium carbonate precipitation (MICCP) in improving durability of cementitious building materials, restoration of stone monuments and soil bioclogging is discussed. Main emphasis has been laid on the potential of bacteria-based crack repair in concrete structure and the applications of different bacterial treatments to self-healing cracks. Furthermore, recommendations to employ the MICCP technology at commercial scale and reduction in the cost of application are provided in this review.

TL;DR: A new blokchain based secure framework for data management among IoD communication entities is proposed and analyzed that has ability to resist several potential attacks that are essential in IoT-enabled IoD environment and also provides less communication and computation overheads.
Abstract: The Internet of Drones (IoD) is widely used in a wide range of applications from military to civilian applications from the past years. However, during communication either with the control room/ground station server(s) or moving access points in the sky, security and privacy is one the crucial issues which needs to be tackled efficiently. In this direction, blokchain technology can be one of the viable solutions due to the immutability and traceability of various transactions and decentralized nature. In this paper, we provide in-depth challenges and issues of applicability of blokchain in 5G-based Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled IoD environment. We propose and analyze a new blokchain based secure framework for data management among IoD communication entities. The proposed scheme has ability to resist several potential attacks that are essential in IoT-enabled IoD environment. A detailed comparative analysis exhibits that the proposed scheme offers better security and functionality requirements, and also provides less communication and computation overheads as compared to other related schemes.
