Abstract: We investigate whether investor sentiment affects the cross-section of stock returns in China A-share market.The evidence shows that the sensitivity of stock returns to sentiment changes is different. When an index of investor sentiment takes high values,low tangible assets,high Debt-asset ratio,and non-dividend-paying stocks earn relatively higher returns,when sentiment is low,the aforementioned categories of stocks earn relatively lower returns.When sentiment is high,low-price,unprofitable and high book-market ratio stocks earn relatively higher returns and vice versa,but which is insignificant.The capitalization, volatility and institutional ownership appear to have no significant cross-section effect of investor sentiment on its characteristic Portfolio return.

Abstract: Despite growing numbers of immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) trials with available omics data, it remains challenging to evaluate the robustness of ICB response and immune evasion mechanisms comprehensively. To address these challenges, we integrated large-scale omics data and biomarkers on published ICB trials, non-immunotherapy tumor profiles, and CRISPR screens on a web platform TIDE (http://tide.dfci.harvard.edu). We processed the omics data for over 33K samples in 188 tumor cohorts from public databases, 998 tumors from 12 ICB clinical studies, and eight CRISPR screens that identified gene modulators of the anticancer immune response. Integrating these data on the TIDE web platform with three interactive analysis modules, we demonstrate the utility of public data reuse in hypothesis generation, biomarker optimization, and patient stratification.

Abstract: High-performance lead-free piezoelectric materials are in great demand for next-generation electronic devices to meet the requirement of environmentally sustainable society. Here, ultrahigh piezoelectric properties with piezoelectric coefficients (d33 ≈700 pC N-1 , d33 * ≈980 pm V-1 ) and planar electromechanical coupling factor (kp ≈76%) are achieved in highly textured (K,Na)NbO3 (KNN)-based ceramics. The excellent piezoelectric properties can be explained by the strong anisotropic feature, optimized engineered domain configuration in the textured ceramics, and facilitated polarization rotation induced by the intermediate phase. In addition, the nanodomain structures with decreased domain wall energy and increased domain wall mobility also contribute to the ultrahigh piezoelectric properties. This work not only demonstrates the tremendous potential of KNN-based ceramics to replace lead-based piezoelectrics but also provides a good strategy to design high-performance piezoelectrics by controlling appropriate phase and crystallographic orientation.
