TL;DR: In this paper, the authors discuss the causes and the effects of the compacting on the physic properties of the soil, considering the management of the agricultural soil, and the extension and the intensity of soil compacting will depend on the pression exerced by the help points from machines and equipments.
Abstract: The agricultural soils have been suffering great commotions and the compacting is pointed as the main cause of these changes due to the tractors and agricultural machines traffic in inadequate conditions of management. The present review had as purpose to discuss the causes and the effects of the compacting on the physic properties of the soil, considering the management. The extension and the intensity of the soil compacting will depend on the pression exerced by the help points from machines and equipments, their weight, the number of times that they traffic on the land, the texture and the aggregation of the soil. The changes that can happen in the physics properties of the soil vary since the increase in the soil bulk density, the increase of the soil resistance to the penetration of the roots, reduction of the macroporosity, consequently, less conductivity and less accumulate water, damaging the water infiltration and the penetration of the roots in the soil profile, that become more susceptible to erosion. With the adaptation of some management techniques from the farmers, the effects of soil compacting on its physics properties can be minimized, improving the development of the system of crop roots.

TL;DR: This review summarizes the molecular mechanisms and pharmacological actions screened that link analgesic, anti-inflammatory, natural products, and other therapies to Nrf2 as a regulatory system based on emerging evidences from experimental disease models and new clinical trial data.
Abstract: Despite the progress that has occurred in recent years in the development of therapies to treat painful and inflammatory diseases, there is still a need for effective and potent analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs. It has long been known that several types of antioxidants also possess analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, indicating a strong relationship between inflammation and oxidative stress. Understanding the underlying mechanisms of action of anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs, as well as essential targets in disease physiopathology, is essential to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. The Nuclear factor-2 erythroid related factor-2 (Nrf2) is a transcription factor that regulates cellular redox status through endogenous antioxidant systems with simultaneous anti-inflammatory activity. This review summarizes the molecular mechanisms and pharmacological actions screened that link analgesic, anti-inflammatory, natural products, and other therapies to Nrf2 as a regulatory system based on emerging evidences from experimental disease models and new clinical trial data.

TL;DR: In this article, a classification of irreps of the N-extended one-dimensional supersymmetry algebra linearly realized on a finite number of fields is presented, up to n · 10.
Abstract: We present an algorithmic classification of the irreps of the N-extended one- dimensional supersymmetry algebra linearly realized on a finite number of fields. Our work is based on the 1-to-1 (1) correspondence between Weyl-type Clifford algebras (whose irreps are fully classified) and classes of irreps of the N-extended 1D supersymmetry. The complete classification of irreps is presented up to N · 10. The fields of an irrep are accommodated in l different spin states. N = 10 is the minimal value admitting length l > 4 irreps. The classification of length-4 irreps of the N = 12 and real N = 11 extended supersymmetries is also explicitly presented. Tensoring irreps allows us to systematically construct manifestly (N-extended) supersym- metric multi-linear invariants without introducing a superspace formalism. Multi-linear invariants can be constructed both for unconstrained and multi-linearly constrained fields. A whole class of off-shell invariant actions are produced in association with each irreducible representation. The explicit example of the N = 8 off-shell action of the (1,8,7) multiplet is presented. Tensoring zero-energy irreps leads us to the notion of the fusion algebra of the 1D N- extended supersymmetric vacua.

TL;DR: Results show variable levels of adherence to treatment and demonstrate the importance of comprehensive actions in the care for hypertensive patients.
Abstract: A cross-sectional study was conducted with 385 hypertensive patients between 20 and 79 years of age in a family health unit in Londrina, State of Parana, Brazil, to determine the adherence to pharmacological and non pharmacological treatment for arterial hypertension in primary healthcare and identify associated factors. The adherence to pharmacological treatment was 59%. Regular physical activity was reported by 68 (17.7%) hypertensive patients and 266 (69.1%) mentioned dietary changes. In the multiple regression analysis, adherence to drug treatment was associated with: increased age (50 to 79), consulting with a physician at least once a year, no regular alcohol consumption and previous myocardial infarction. Hypertensive males, with education up to 4th grade and above, who had at least one consultation per year, with diabetes or no history of high cholesterol, were more adherent to physical activity. Dietary changes were associated with education below the 4th grade and consulting with a physician at least once a year. These results show variable levels of adherence to treatment and demonstrate the importance of comprehensive actions in the care for hypertensive patients.
