Abstract: Leprosy is a contagious disease of a great disabling potential and the teenagers, living a changing phase of their lives, can be negatively influenced by the disease sequelae. This study aims to characterize the teenagers with leprosy disease according to social-demographic aspects, to proceed epidemic-operational analysis of leprosy disease; check teenagers' knowledge about leprosy disease and the way they reacted after they found out they had the disease; identify the changes occurred in the teenager's life and the difficulties after they had the disease. It is an explorative and descriptive research which involved 31 teenagers who are carriers of the leprosy disease and are assisted by the Family Health Strategy, in Sobral munipality-Ceara. The results point out the need of an integral and continuous attendance to the teenager with leprosy disease, avoiding that this disease brings significant changes to his/her life that can difficult to the construction of his/her new identity.

Abstract: Ja e bem conhecido o fato de que o proprio Schiller reconhece a "[…] origem kantiana da maioria dos principios” a partir dos quais se da o desenvolvimento de suas proprias reflexoes “sobre o belo e a arte”. Nesse sentido, e importante notar que a maioria dos especialistas reportam a influencia de Kant a partir da Kritik der Urteilskraft de 1790 (Critica da Faculdade do Juizo). Todavia, esse artigo julga necessario salientar a importância das antinomias kantianas presentes na “Dialetica Transcendental”, as quais foram apresentadas por Kant em 1781 na Kritik der reinen Vernunft (Critica da Razao Pura). Com base nessa observacao, percebemos a necessidade de realizar uma investigacao acerca da possibilidade de se descobrir uma relacao entre o principio regulador transcendental kantiano, o qual serviu para orientar a passagem do condicionado ao incondicionado, e o conceito de beleza de Schiller que, por sua vez, nos parece, assume a funcao de principio regulador-estetico, cuja tarefa, de acordo com o proprio Schiller, deve ser a de possibilitar a passagem da humanidade de sua imperfeicao finita a sua perfeicao infinita. Nesse sentido, a discussao aqui proposta apresenta e defende a tese de que o conceito de beleza schilleriano apreendeu a licao kantiana que serve de resolucao a problematica das antinomias, ou seja, nos parece que Schiller metodologicamente converte seu conceito de belo em um principio regulativo moral de cunho antropologico. Abstract: The study aims to characterize the process by which the territory managers of the Health Strategy of the Family-HSF ascended to the position and the limits and/or ease found by them in their work process. The research is of a predominantly Qualitative approach, accomplished in Sobral-Ceara, with 28 territory managers of the HSF, in the period of November of 2006 to June of 2007. The process that took the managers to the position, does not take into consideration a profile of competences, occurring in a handmade administrative way. The main ease in the managers' process work mainly happens, due to the good relationship with the team and its commitment. Yet the difficulties refer the conciliation of the nurse activities and management and lack of training for management.

Abstract: This work of bibliographical procedure, is based on the Gramscian perspective and aims to reflect on the concept of organic intellectual and the construction of collective will in line with human formation, which is a process of development of multiple dimensions of the historical subject and which requires the dialectical articulation between objective and subjective factors. The study shows that the activity of the organic intellectual of the subaltern class has a double dimension: the deconstruction of the dominant hegemony and the construction of a new hegemony committed to human formation. It also reveals that knowledge committed to human emancipation needs to be appropriated and incorporated by historical subjects in order to change and transform the world.

Abstract: O ambiente virtual de aprendizagem (AVA) consiste em locus onde se processa grande parte das interacoes professor-aluno e aluno-aluno em cursos de Educacao a Distância (EaD). Todavia, tem se percebido que esses espacos ainda sao disponibilizados aos cursistas com forma e aparencia que podem ser caracterizadas como fria, estatica e pouco envolvente, carecendo de elementos que os tornem mais atrativos aos cursistas. Diante dessa constatacao, esta pesquisa analisa a ludificacao como uma das diversas estrategias pedagogicas que podem ser aplicadas ao AVA, objetivando apontar tecnicas que venham a ser significativas para melhorar a qualidade da interacao com o objeto “exercicio”. A analise foi desenvolvida a partir do AVA da Universidade Estadual do Ceara, em seus cursos de EaD, e ainda com pesquisa de cunho bibliografico, por autores que desenvolveram a ideia de ludificacao. Foram identificadas sete tecnicas: pontos de experiencia; pontos de habilidade; pontos de carma; niveis do jogo; narrativa; desafios (missoes); e medalhas (conquistas) as quais, inseridas no AVA, poderao contribuir para a interacao e a aprendizagem dos educandos.
