TL;DR: The amparo teorico sustenta-se em referencias da educacao infantil e sociologia da infância, principalmente em concepcoes filosoficas de base pos-estruturalista, com base nos estudos de Mozere (2007) as mentioned in this paper.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyse the relationship between animal skills and the practice of Kaingang shamans and propose a reflection on humans' relation to the animal world construed as part of a hierarchy of powers and, more specifically of shared animal and human skills and powers of action.
Abstract: Among the Kaingang of southern Brazil, animals appear in several stories that describe the origin of technical and ritual knowledge. For instance, one such story recounts how, after the flood, animals were the first organisers and officiants of the Kikikoi, a great funeral ritual considered to be the most important expression of Kaingang culture and identity. The Kaingang claim that they learned the ritual’s songs and dances from the animals. In this article, we analyse the relationship between animal skills and the practice of Kaingang shamans. We propose a reflection on humans’ relation to the animal world construed as part of a hierarchy of powers and, more specifically, of shared animal and human skills and powers of action. The concept of master entity emerges as a key for interpreting the practice, authority, and skills of shamans and other leaders.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyse the reasons that led to the requirement of these legislative structures, and think over their potential impacts on early childhood education, and an overview of the possible unfoldment of the current legislation for early-childhood education is traced.
Abstract: Discussions about compulsory basic education have become more intense and complex with the establishment of compulsory basic education for children aged four to seventeen. This article is the result of theoretical research on legal frameworks recently established in early childhood education, and publications that deal with this theme. It aims at analyzing the reasons that led to the requirement of these legislative structures, and think over their potential impacts on early childhood education. An overview of the possible unfoldment of the current legislation for early childhood education was traced, thus contributing to future discussions

TL;DR: It is found that don't exist the basic visual comfort conditions during most of the day in environments of a historical building, which underwent retrofit, with respect to its new use, and the process of retrofitting has not achieved its objectives in full.
Abstract: Studies on the use of historic buildings for new uses are very relevant today, since it deals with topics such as saving raw materials and the conservation of cultural legacies. The retrofit process can be summarized in restoration actions with insertion of a new use of the building. This study aims to examine whether the luminal comfort conditions are satisfactory in environments of a historical building, which underwent retrofit, with respect to its new use. In order to achieve the objective of the research, were chosen two environments for study, based on 'walkthrough' techniques and file survey. In these environments were carried measurements and questionnaires with users. From the quantitative and qualitative research methods it was possible to achieve and compare the results, found that don't exist the basic visual comfort conditions during most of the day. Thus, one can say that for these environments, the new use didn't meet the visual comfort conditions for users, ie, the process of retrofitting has not achieved its objectives in full. Can also say that the conservation process aimed at preserving the construction in these environments.
