Abstract: Em um contexto de crise financeira, aumento das desigualdades sociais, problemas demograficos e ambientais de diversas ordens, o empreendedorismo social pode ser visto como um importante instrumento de mudanca social. Por ser ainda um campo em construcao, o empreendedorismo social precisa de aportes teoricos-metodologicos. Para tanto, faz-se necessario analisar o que ja esta colocado na literatura. Diante disso, este trabalho tem como objetivos: 1) analisar como se configura a literatura internacional sobre empreendedorismo social e 2) construir uma agenda de pesquisa para estudos futuros. Para alcancar estes objetivos sera realizada uma revisao bibliometrica. Os resultados mostram que o campo ainda e recente, mas ja conta com referencial proprio. A agenda de pesquisa mostra que o empreendedorismo social deve buscar analisar a influencia do contexto institucional para estimular ou restringir estes empreendimentos, incorporar o conceito de bricolagem, desenvolver metodologias de pesquisas e buscar o aprofundamento teorico do conceito.

Abstract: Tem-se o objetivo de reconhecer a expansao de casos para ensino no Brasil no periodo de 2007 a 2017, exemplificando dois casos em um componente curricular. Apresenta-se, de modo didatico propositivo, o vinculo de dois casos para ensino ao conteudo programatico de um componente curricular do Curso de Administracao em uma instituicao de ensino superior. Metodologicamente, trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, exploratoria propositiva com analise de dados documental. Para isso, procurou-se explanar sobre metodos ativos de ensino-aprendizagem com enfase teorica a partir de uma perspectiva socioconstrutivista e os beneficios do caso para ensino. Essa pesquisa contribui ao expor a expansao de casos para ensino, indicando tendencia de crescimento junto as principais revistas cientificas indexadas no sistema qualis e eventos cientificos da area. Encontrou-se, ao longo do periodo, a publicacao de 556 casos para ensino - em vinte e quatro revistas e dois eventos relevantes - que podem ser vinculados aos diversos componentes curriculares de um Curso de Administracao.

Abstract: Portuguese Abstract: Neste artigo, analisamos como os mercados diferenciados (status), o conselho de administracao e as caracteristicas organizacionais condicionam a reputacao das empresas de capital aberto brasileiras. A partir de 1.396 observacoes coletadas entre os anos de 2002 e 2007 na BMF ja entre aquelas que as detem, maior alavancagem esta relacionada a maior reputacao.English Abstract: In this paper, we analyzed how the premium exchange listings (status), the board of directors and the organizational characteristics affect the reputation of brazilian listed companies. Abstract: Purpose: To understand how Embrapa Forestry Unit structure its business model to manage better the issues inherent to open innovation, oriented to the management of technology, science delimiting the elements of business models, and inbound and outbound open innovation and their aspects related to impact model Originality/value: Embrapa Forestry is a research unit focused on technological research in the commercial and non-commercial forestry sector The central objective of this work was to evaluate how a public company manages its business model in the practical exercise of open innovation Design/methodology/approach: In order to understand the company’s business model, we adopted the perspective of triangulated single case study between semi-structured interviews and secondary data review based on reports and memos This is all due to the technological relevance that used open innovation to design a model that today we understand as business models and impact business model, with the data collected and analyzed using the Atlasti software Findings: The results indicate that the importance of Embrapa in the technological scenario in Brazilian agriculture has a significant socioeconomic impact As a variant, we recognize that, for future research, other theoretical models could be used or adapted to the Brazilian empirical context to understand other organizational elements not addressed in the present study, which can explore cultural relations of the organization and the constitution of sense and meanings in the context of the innovation in public research companies

Abstract: Combined with conventional learning methods, forms of e-learning can help improve medical education. This study investigated the access profile and use of a University portal by Dermatology students. Quantitative research with a questionnaire was conducted to assess use of the University portal, the students' technological profile, informational needs and use of the database. The sample was formed by 122 students aged 23.7 ± 3.1 years, who spoke English (93.4%) and had access to the portal via internet at home (77.9%) and mobile devices (43.4%). The advantages identified were obtaining the materialfrom classes, educational resources offered and permanent availability. The difficulty resided in network availability at the teaching hospital as well astechnical and operational aspects. The most commonly accessed resources were: illustrated lessons, exam and coursework calendars, published bulletins, compulsory reading lists, articles and attached texts and consultations in thevirtual libraries and medical journals. The most-used databases were: UpToDate(84.4%), PubMed (77.9%) and Scielo 94 (77%). The portal metthe students' informational demands, however the perceived usefulness and usability of this educationalresource can be leveraged for broader application in medicine.
